Beautiful hotel. We stopped into the quill for pre dinner cocktails and an appetizer. Very friendly staff. Good drinks and nice little menu. Even have entrees. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Had a great experience here. Ordered and enjoyed oysters, tuna tartare and drinks. It was a busy night but not noisy. The staff are friendly and provided good service. Felt safe waiting outside for an uber. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I wish my memory was better because the bartender here was fantastic, she was truly an expert at her craft, great recommendations and very friendly. The food and drinks were fantastic, high end and a touch pricey (appetizers, lunch for two and 6 drinks ended up being about $400) but it felt worth it as we really enjoyed the afternoon there. The creative cocktails really were fun to try (the photo is of a mushroom cocktail, crazy right) and it made it interesting and different. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great cocktail menu. Creative drinks curated by the staff. Service is excellent with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is really nice, set in the historical Jefferson Hotel. Have only had cocktails here, have not tried the food. Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
