The employees are set up for failure here, I feel so bad for them. Management needs to get this place into shape! The kitchen area is an absolute disaster whenever I go inside. I decided over a year ago not to eat here myself, but I do deliver for Door dash so occasionally I will pick up an order here. The employees are always scrambling to complete online orders while dine in customers wait too long to place an order. I try to avoid even delivering from here as the orders usually aren't done on time and they are often out of main ingredients. I see this as a major fail by management. Help out your employees. Your customers aren't getting quality product because the employees can't keep up. Allow them to turn off online orders if the restaurant is busy, your in person customers should be a priority.
Edit: update I sent a reply including the reference number provided by Qdoba on September 21st and I have yet to receive a response as of October 4th. I guess customer service isn't at the forefront. I know the economy is bad but this is flat out ridiculous. This is at most half the food I would normally get when I order this bowl. This is insulting. The food wasn't hot by the time I got it which is never been an issue in the past. The beans tasted like they hadn't been cooked, they were hard instead of tender. It had barely a handful of meat. They might as well sent me a photocopy of a middle finger. Total waste of money. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Jessica is managing currently. She gave me a great serving of food with great recommendations, and helped me prioritize which rewards I should use first in order to maximize my economic efficiency. Doordashed them the other night. They were out of pretty much everything I ordered. They substituted items for me as much as possible, gave me a huge bowl, and a coupon for a free entree! Wonderful service and good quality food! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Burritos Bowls
Stopped for lunch in Couer D Alene. There were 3 people working but only one rushing around. She was friendly and running around like crazy. Orders were taking forever because of this. They were also out of several things because they hadn’t restocked prep bar. The biggest concern was lack of cleanliness. Another girl, who appeared rude to coworkers and ignored customers, wiped her hair and face and wore no gloves. Then she was preparing a to go order and grabbed cheese off of the filthy prep bar counter because there was none in containers. Luckily everything she put on my salad actually came out of the containers. Second experience at Qdoba. The first was a little better but won’t come back Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
To start off our driver waited close to 40 minuets, only for us to receive it and every item being wrong (absolutely not his fault, actually ended up tipping him extra for the wait time). Our burrito had onions added, the nachos didn’t have jalapeños like ordered along with peppers ( fajita veggies) and onions added on that was not asked for. Also forgot a side of cilantro lime rice and completely mangled a plain cheese quesadilla by adding onions and pico de gallo (this one really amazed me). All in all every single item was messed up in its own after waiting a ridiculous time of waiting for our order Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I am usually a huge fan of Qdoba, I go to the one on Prairie all the time and love it! However this location it has not been good both times I've been. I came in at 9:25pm tonight, looking for healthy food later in the evening. The open sign was already off even though store didn't close for 35 more minutes and almost all the food was put away. Staff is very unfriendly, doesn't acknowledge when you come in and has headphones in during your order, and never smile. I wish this location was better, because it's really conveniently on the way! We hired Qdoba to provide catering for our daughter’s small wedding. The order was easy to place, and the team members graciously answered my questions over the phone a few days before. Right before we started serving, a guest mentioned she had a food allergy, and the delivery person offered to go back to the restaurant and return with an accommodation. Not only was the food delicious, but the Qdoba team went above and beyond to offer a positive experience for all! Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5
Coeur d alene store is horrendous! Last three times we've been there you definitely do t get what you've paid for. Tonight at DINNER time, (6:00 p.m.) they were out of white rice as well as ground beef, which I found out half way through order so I felt obligated to finish order. Queso was cold also and didn't even get enough chips to last the whole nacho meal
Not only was our food not good, but I got a quesodilla with just Steak and Cheese with nothing else and they got that wrong. there was meat in a bowl. that's it. and when we went back inside to fix it, they were hesitant that they served that to us. never go here. ever. Let me start by saying I am a long time Qdoba customer. I have eaten there hundreds of time. Over the last few year I have seen the corporate managment ruin a great place. The menu has been hurt and the employees have gone down hill. I used to go here years ago and the staff seemed to love working there regardless of location. At my local locations I would see the same staff and manager there for years. I always felt I got what I wanted and enjoyed my meals. Fast forward to now. I never see the same people working at the same location for more than a few months. Employees done seem to enjoy there work. Managers are not noticeably present. Menu has been changed and not clear. You can't add items like some jolepeano to you protien chicken bowl without a upcharge for making it a custom bowl. Restaurants are gutted to adhere to social distancing. Not to mention locations that used to be bustling are now dead. I am here eating now and this place is empty. Wake up corporate and bring back what used to be a great chain. I am not planing on being back for a while.
