Wow. Delicious. Amazing. We ordered a burrito. It have vegetarian options. You are asked what kind of meat, rice and beans you want you are also asked if it is with or without guacamole. It was big enough to share. Reasonable prices. See updated menu photos for April 2023. I rate this place as Amazing. 😁🇵🇷

It's difficult to get authentic Mexican food in Puerto Rico but they do a respectable attempt. Large portions, freshly made ingredients, friendly staff. When I crave Mexican food I have a go-to place now.

Decent Mexican food, can't complain.
Puebla is a Mexican food chain born out of the mind of a Puertorican owner who wanted to spread his love for Latino food everywhere.
The food is pretty good. I'd describe it as decent. It definitely scratches the "Mexican food" itch.
Nothing to write home about though.
Service is good, the employees literally make the food in front of you and are usually friendly.
Prices are average. Drinks here are expensive ($2 water? Naaahhh).
Overall, it's a good place to check out if you want something that "tastes Mexican" without too much effort.
Rated 5 stars simply because I can't single out anything objective that wasn't okay.

One of the best Mexican food places in Ponce. Almost always order a burrito on Fridays through their app. The never let me down, always consistently good.
Excellent food and service if you're looking for a Tex-Mex style place to eat. The one thing I wasn't too happy about was the price. I ordered a steak bowl, which in my opinion should have a standard price, with an extra charge for things like guacamole or sour cream, but at Puebla they pretty much charge you for everything like cilantro, fajita veggies, etc. In the end, I ended up paying $15+ for a steak bowl with a bottle of water. For that much you can find better options at a sit-down restaurant elsewhere. Food was fresh and good, but definitely not worth $15+ for the amount of food I received, which was a small scoop of steak, rice, beans, fajita veggies and cilantro.
Came here solely because they had vegetarian items on their menu. Solid portions. They were out of fajita mix when we went otherwise I think our burrito bowl and burrito would have tasted even better. Prices are reasonable. The salsas are mostly vinegar but that seems to be a Puerto Rico problem rather than this particular place - I haven't found good, authentic salsa anywhere on the island.

It's one of my favorite places to go eat nachos.
In general the food is good, the ingredients look pretty fresh and I have no complaints in food quality overall. I've tasted a few items on the menu and the are solid.
The bathrooms are pretty clean most of the time, all if the place is not filled to the rim with people which spells for unclean bathroom, but that's a thing that's usually normal in palces where there's a high traffic of people.
I have to say that even though its a bit pricey, I don't complain. I like to spend a few more dollars on something that I truly will enjoy, but everyones preference is difference. I always suggest to give it a try and see if it's good for you.
The food is very good. They have variety of tortillas and fresh ingredients. The Poblano (I think that was the name) is a huge burrito made with three tortillas. It's awesome to watch how it's prepared. Probably two can eat with that huge burrito. Don't forget to add some sour cream and Arroz with cilantro. Loved it!
