Always enjoy shopping at Publix, always have good products, and get prices. You got to love the sweet tea and the sub sandwiches. They need some of these in Texas
I think what they did for the redo is great. Store looks very nice. But, I feel like the meat departments around us do what they want and are not held up to Publix standards. I have had on several occasions ask for chili meat and they say they can’t do it hours before the store closes. I have people higher up tell me that they should do it and it should not be a problem. I was in the store Sunday night and asked if they could cut 3-4 lbs and I would grab it Monday night. Go to get it about 8pm and they say they don’t have any and can’t cut any. After I had placed an order for it. It’s just frustrating when you have a plan to cook something and go to order some meat and they don’t have it and refuse to do it for you. 🤷‍♀️
How do management walk by that eat in food area with filth and do nothing. We like stopping in at Publix after a long day and buying food. Sometimes using the microwave and eating there. This is a new store. But each time I come the tables and chairs and floor have crumbs and food. Dirty microwave napkin area . I have had to ask staff to clean a table so I could eat. Again all the tables are empty. They will wipe off one . But the entire area is dirty. Every time. Staff walking by . So I will get dinner elsewhere.
When checking out with alcohol, I was carded, which is obviously fine, but they questioned my first name multiple times and asked me questions about it because it's a " strange name." The woman checking me out called over another Publix employee and he questioned my name and photo. I was also with some of my friends who had to all get carded too even though just were just with me. When questioning all of our IDs for a couple of minutes, they told us "it's not personal, we just have to do this." I've never had such a rude experience at a Publix.

Great new store that has a layout similar to the Highland City Publix. This new store includes the bakery and deli in the front of the store right next to a large seating area. The deli has a salad bar, olive bar, and soup bar with six soups to choose from. The produce section is spacious and also has a bulk foods section. The back of the store has the meat and seafood counters as well as a very good selection of wine. A new Publix liquor store is next door in the same location as the old liquor store. The parking lot has been completely reconfigured and repaved so that each row only allows cars to drive in one direction. Trees and shrubs have been planted in the new parking lot. Overall, this is a very good store with more amenities than the store it replaced.

Last night after a long day at baseball we ran into publix to get some fruit for today's games. My 6 yr old daughter saw the stuffed animals on display. And wanted one. There was a Publix employee right there stocking and heard me tell her no, he turned and was helping show them off to help convince me to buy her one. I said you buy it for her. He replied you got me there. Said I'll tell you what if you are good all year I will buy it for you for Christmas. She said ok, I looked at his name tag and his name was Cole. I asked him how much the strawberries were due to no sign. He then was telling me that the blueberries were really good and they were BOGO. My daughter loves blueberries. So we went and grabbed some too. We were checking out and me knowing she wouldn't eat both containers of blueberries before they went bad. I asked her if we should give Cole a container of blueberries. She said so we are being nice. I said yes cuz you won't finish both containers before they go bad. She said yes and put them in their own bag. I paid and then we went to find him. I told her there he is. I said holler Cole. She did and he turned around and she handed him the bag. And he said what is this. I said they are for you. He said this is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me. He said I have to buy her the stuffed animal now. I said no you don't you said for Christmas. (He's a collage student) He said no I have to, this is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me. So he told her to pick one out and she did. He took it to customer service and paid for it. Told us thank you for being nice and introduced ourselves. I know after a long hot/cold day at baseball he made one little girls night as I'm sure she made his. Thank you Cole for being nice and doing that. Your parents have raised a fine young man. God Bless you and wherever life takes you.
SALAD BAR VEGETABLES IS FRESH BUT THEY DO NOT RESTOCK IT OR KEEP IT CLEAN - TWICE THIS WEEK NO LETTUCE - NO MUSHROOMS - MONDAY NO SALAD DRESSINGS OUT - SALADS / PASTA SITTING SO LONG THEY ARE LOOKING DRY - FRUTS ARE ALWAYS STOCKED, CUCUMBERS SITTING IN WATER WHAT WAS LEFT. SOUPS ARE GOOD! I GO EVERYDAY FOR LUNCH WORK VERY CLOSE BUT I END UP OVER AT THE HOT FOODS OR SUBS. SAD COULD BE REALLY NICE TO GRAB A SALAD BUT SO FAR NOT GOOD IMPRESSION. AND YES I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE DELI - GOOD LUCK THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME... I WAS ADVISED.
Beautifully designed, very clean and associates are always courteous. Love it!
One of the nicest Publix I've been to. So much selection. And the employees are friendly as well

I like Publix. I would like the employees to pay better mind to the customers around them when pushing carts and whatever else they have to do.
