Pasta carbonara arrived in a paddle of melted cheese. Was totally cold.
They warmed it up in a microwave for us.
After I tried it, it was too salty to eat.
I returned it and they removed it from the bill.
The other dishes wasn't any better.
*added after the owner reply - if the chef didn't arrived - and a waiter is making the food - close the kitchen - don't sell food. During the 40 min we where there 4 dishes where returned to the kitchen. we paid +-40 EUR for bad food.
If you see you have a problem, better to apologize, don't charge for the food, and close the kitchen.

Anniversary dinner here and first visit for us. Staff were friendly and welcomed us. Good wine menu with good quality wines. Starters were a little hit and miss. Vitello tonnato was well prepared and tasty but Tomino (grilled cheese and vegetables) was plain and basic. For our main dishes, we chose spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti arrabiatta. Carbonara was good but very salty and arrabiatta was extremely spicy!
No salt/ pepper on the table and no extra parmesan cheese offered. We shared a classic tiramisu (just to taste). This was really disappointing- thick solid cream and very little taste. My husband ordered a cappucino and didn’t drink it as coffee was watery and tasted poorly. Our bill came to €110 for 2 people for the food mentioned and two glasses of wine each…. We felt this was rather expensive for the quality on offer.

Very cozy family restaurant. Very Italian. Extended menu. Everything’s great and tasteful. To-go-to for my girlfriend, tried it out and wasn’t disappointed at all.
Although they have all the classics you can imagine we went for everything cheese. Will come back and try everything!

It's a great place with nice tastes, real Italian quality food. I found this location via the top 5 best italian restaurants of 't Gooi, and i can confirm that they deserve this!
For every course there is a wine option for those who like it. If you want to choose between the 2 tiramisu options, i definitely recommend the limoncello one!

I have heard this place has one of the best pasta of the 🇳🇱, so ordered a pasta carbonara. Taste well but little bit overwhelmed with cheese. There's is a cat in this restaurant, so it's not very hygiene.

The all Italian staff were very friendly and hospitable. We have special needs bc of our kids. They helped us immediately.
Food was Amazing! Earthy lasagna and pasta alla norma. Tuna bruschetta- all so good. Lovely atmosphere out and in. They are in the same complex as the parking garage, which was also excellent.
We are definitely returning.
Maybe we are just bad luck as the pastas we ordered were not as good as expected. Pasta Carbonara was very dry with only little sauce, and the other spaghetti in spicy tomato sauce was way too spicy. Pizza and steak was probably one of their strength. Our friends and us were so disappointed that we missed dessert which might be decent. If you don’t have high expectations after reading so much positive reviews, and if you don’t feel like cooking at home, it is definitely good place for dining out. But for picky eaters, better to go to Italian restaurants in other cities.

A nice restaurant in the centrum of Hilversum.
I enjoyed my food but hubby not so much. But overall, it was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and the restaurant is clean. A perfect place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.

Incredible food, super friendly and welcome staff, and a really nice atmosphere. I had the burrata as a starter and it was very good. As the main course I had the spaghetti Arrabbiata and it definitely did not disappoint, the arrabbiata was really good (it had a very nice balance between spicy and a bit salty) and I was given a really good portion size. The atmosphere was really captivating as it gave a real authentic Italian vibe and the authentic Italian vibe didn't just come from the atmosphere but also the authentic tasting Italian food which really made it feel like a little Italy.
The staff was also very friendly and acted professional but in a fun way!
Will definitely come here more often!;)
