Really need to work on their people skills. The managers are rude and they follow myself and a few others around like we are going to take something with out paying! Completely absurd!!! I understand that it is their job to try to decrease theft, but they take it too far! My brother-in-law went to pick up a few last minute items a couple of days before Thanksgiving, and they followed him everywhere! I do not want to speculate, but he is African American. I am pretty sure that they are racially profiling him! They do this to him every time he has to go shopping. You can imagine how uncomfortable it makes him. Also, he has to use snap provided by the state. It is against state law for ANYONE to tax on snap. If you look at the bottom of your receipt, it clearly shows that they still tax. When you use any other form of payment, you are taxed twice! I will not be going back!

Had a truly terrible experience here. It was our first time to the store since we moved here to Kingsport. We heard this place was fairly priced so we give it a try. We get to the checkout line after picking up around $150 dollars of groceries. Someone who I presume was the manager asked me to step out of line. He proceeds to ask me if I have something in my pocket that I wasn’t supposed to? I was genuinely confused at this point and emptied my pockets. Once empty he told me he saw me going down isles and putting things in my pockets. I proceed to show him my pockets are completely empty. After asking him if he’s satisfied he cautiously looks at me and says “ok but just so you know we have cameras here”. All of this in front of most of the store (only one checkout line was open and the line was long) and more importantly my two year old daughter. The audacity to make a baseless claim in front of the whole store was very embarrassing and insulting as I have never had nice in my 31 years been accused of shoplifting, and then to not apologize and double down on the threat was by far the least professional experience I have ever had in a grocery store. I will not spend my money here again and suggest you do the same if you don’t like be treated like a shoplifter with a cart full of groceries at checkout.

I just want to thank you guys so much because in reality without you guys this store specifically I wouldn't be able to enjoy life as a sober person I love the ribeye steaks they may not be the best and straightest cuts but you definitely get the best flavor for the best price here

People are nice and prices are fair. Things are expensive all over. $2 for one orange? 🍊 Prices on the meat are more than reasonable.

Great meat section. The only thing I don't like is how some items they add 10% to at check out. It says it on the tag, but why not just price it with the 10% and not play stupid games. That would have gotten you. 5 star rating, but it's like going to the car lot, and they advertise the car for 24999. Then the dealer is like oh plus dealer add pack. That's 4k more, so the car is 29999. It's dumb. Just price the darn groceries what they are.

I hate to leave this here because I'd be afraid the store would be over run, but the store is clean the employees nice and shhhh the prices on meats beats Walmart any day. And they know how to cut it too. I picked up ribs at Walmart and the bone was not where it should be for a rib cage BAD CUTS horrible prices. Shop here much better.

They can’t seem to get their digital coupons worked out! Last night was the 3rd time we’ve had to have the manager take our clipped digital coupons off our bills! The managers on all 3 occasions seemed bothered to have to wait on us ! If the digital coupons are a problem for them maybe they should do away with them! Just saying! We always check our receipts but I’m sure there are some people that don’t & more than likely don’t get their coupons on receipts & are paying full price!

I carry a $450 Michael Kors backpack style purse and you can plainly see its not a simple backpack yet the little stockboy informed me that I cannot carry it in the store, its a backpack and I said, No, it's not, it's a Michael Kors purse, just look at it. But no , he won't look at it and he says either I leave it up front, which ain't happening or take it to my vehicle, which ain't happening either Because it's not a backpack and He says, Well then you'll have to leave the store, so I say, Fine and I won't be shopping here anymore. At least Walmart knows the difference between a backpack and a Michael Kors purse. I'll be shopping there only from here on out since they have taste.
