We were going to the train museum and we passed by the place and decided to return. The food is amazing the place is always full. There is no parking we parked on small neighborhood close by.

Place needs some improvements like handicapped access and a menu for non Potter fans. Otherwise, our host/server did an amazing job. He was very welcoming, and the place was magical. Definitely will come back.

Ok. This was a pleasant surprise. Our kids wanted to come here, so we agreed. We expected a bad themed restaurant. It was not. The pizza was great. It’s unusually sweet, which gave it a great taste. My kids where blown away.

This place was great! The wait staff was very helpful and awesome! We tried the pizza, bacon burger, the potato soup in the bread bowl, butter beer, and all the appetizers and hot chocolate! It was all so good! The place was smaller than we expected but that just added to the charm! There was indoor or outdoor seating. We would definitely come back if we lived in the area!

The first time there, I found it to be very pricey, especially for a personal pizza. Very thick dough , less sauce. It was like eating raw bread with ketchup.. They need a wake-up call. Change your prices, thinner dough, wet the dough, add wet garlic around the edges, and flavor is important..Potter (Harry) old news..don't need to charge for Scenery.. And cook your pizza, outsiders like cooked pizza, PR usto raw bread, I get it..but raw is raw.. or asked, before taking orders. We expect a different taste, make it happen for the better. Good luck.

We had a wonderful time at Potter Pizza thanks to Edgar and the awesome decor. The sampler was delicious and we enjoyed the butter beer. My favorite was the hot chocolate. Edgar our waiter was super friendly and kind. This place satisfied the super fan in me.

Took 2 hours to get our pizza. The waitress asked when we ordered if we were sure we wanted pizza because it takes 30 minutes for the oven to warm up. You’re a pizza place. Shouldn’t you arrive 30 minutes before opening to heat up your ovens? We had to ask for our drinks then they changed us for a refill. It’s hard not to finish your drink in 2 hours. Plus the appetizer we ordered wasn’t available but weren’t notified until several minutes after ordering it. Pizza was fine, but no pizza is worth that wait.

The staff is super friendly, courteous and diligent. We ordered the wings, the Ruleta de Luna, the butter beer and the Mystery Shake. Everything was delicious!! Los meseros super amables y atentos y la comida deliciosa! Recommended 100%!!
