Imagine taking your hard earned money and ordering from Popeyes through UberEats. But instead of receiving some nice golden crispy fried chicken, you receive chicken that looks like it was burnt and beaten with a clothes hanger. So you do what any reasonable person would do which is call the manager to let them know that someone dropped the ball. And instead of accepting your feedback and making it right, they say that their chicken always goes out perfectly and the Uber driver must have done something to the chicken during their two blocks away drive. I basically spent $25 for a drink and a fry because I could not eat the chicken. The next time that anyone has a craving for chicken, I highly recommend that you go find someones grandma to fry you some because baby this aint it.

Don't you EVER in your life...come to THIS Popeye's!!! The drive-thru associate REFUSED to listen to the order WE wanted to give & STILL didn't listen at the window. Got home to (of course) wrong orders with missing items. ANNNNND....on top of that...the food was utterly disgusting. Don't go to this one. Hit the one on Stratford or University. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went today (02/08/24) around 6pm with my four kids to grab them dinner on our way home. Went through the drive thru and started ordering, the first girl I was talking to was nice for the first thirty seconds but after that another girl took over and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence, before I could get the word “12 pc wings com…” she would keep interrupting me asking what side or drink and just being rude and short all around. When I got to my third entree she literally said out loud “oh my gahhh” as if I was ordering too much food and she was just annoyed she had to take my order at all. I actually apologized and said “sorry I have four kids I’m ordering dinner for.” After ordering $54 dollars worth of food I pulled up to the window ( only one car in front of me so they weren’t busy) the guy at the window handed me my drinks and soon after a young girl handed me my food, I started checking the bag and realized they forgot a kids drink. When I turned to the window to tell the girl a different woman was standing there with what I can only describe as a look of pure disgust on her face and she slings the window open and says “what?” Given her attitude I asked, are you the one who took my order? She replied no with an attitude. I said I’m missing my sons drink and she slammed the window shut and after a couple minutes came back and said they didn’t have what I ordered so I substituted it for something else. After handing me my l drink I told her thank you (which I had done more times than I should’ve through out the entire experience) she mumbled something under her breath and slammed the window shut and walked away. To make it all worse once I got home I realized they forgot two of the side of fries from the combos I ordered. The young man and young girl working by the window were not the problems and as quiet and timid as they seemed were just doing their jobs as best they could given the toxic environment they clearly work in but the two older women ( the one that took my order and the one that gave me my forgotten drink) were all around rude and in my personal and professional (I used to manage a bar and restaurant) opinion should never EVER work in any industry that involves hospitality or customer service. Seriously if either of you reads this… if you hate your job so much then why don’t you just quit? And if you hate your life so much why not change it instead of taking it out on a customer ordering food for his family on a Thursday night? I HATE this place!!!! I try very hard to to patronize this establishment but there are times that I have and every single time they remind me just why I hate it here. They never have a full menu of items and they’re not going to go one step extra to give a decent customer experience. I came by at 9:30pm they close at 10. The first thing she says on the drive throu mic is “we only have bone in chicken” then go on to say they only have breast. So I order breast and fries she then says “we don’t have any fries” ma’am you mean to tell me you don’t have a bag of fries in the freezer. I mean really who owns this place? Honest question, please please please if you can avoid this particular Popeyes, don’t!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I myself do not eat here because of the foods is trash like quality but me and my significant other do DoorDash and we get this restaurant I call plenty of restaurants ahead of time to ask if the order is ready and I can usually get an answer by describing the order with this Popeyes they decided they would not give me an answer until I had the name of the order which if you DoorDash you know you cannot get until you get to the restaurant I describe my order multiple times and asked them if they had any Prepared they stated they could not tell me until I had the name of the ordee I can’t steal the food if I don’t have the name of the order so I don’t understand why I could not be informed if the order was ready and then as I’m explaining to The district manager she said she was that I can’t see the name and I’m just trying to see ahead of time If my order was ready because they usually take forever no one told me they had multiple orders the exact same way until I asked If that’s why they need the name but when I got there there was only one order prepared customer service and these people apparently don’t have any brains to think things through Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had high hopes for this Popeyes but it let me down. The service was not so good and they were out of all their chicken except thighs at 12:00 lunch time. I got the chicken sandwich instead and the chicken felt like I was eating a fake sandwich. And the mashed potatoes and gravy continued to let me down. I rate it 2/10 and I'm being generous. I placed a semi-large order around 4PM. Although I was given all the chicken on the display, had to wait close to 20 minutes for my order to be completed. The rice and beans had no flavor, the fries were soggy and cold, and the chicken appeared to have been sitting on the display for a long time. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Went through the drive through and was told it would be a 15 minute wait on our chicken. Waited 20 minutes… nothing. The door was locked, so we had to wave someone down and when we asked them what happened to 15 minutes, they told us that there was only 3 people working and it would be another 15 minutes for the chicken. We got a refund and drove off. 45 minute wait on some Popeyes chicken…. No thank you.

Omg I will never again come to this restaurant. When I pulled up one of the employees was outside smoking weed with a group of people. I order my food and everyone in there seem like they was high. After I got my food and was about to drive off, I realized I didn’t have anything I order but a box of chicken with no side items or the meals I order for my family. So I went back to the restaurant and the person that was outside getting high came to the window this time, she was so high She couldn’t comprehend what I was telling her. So all the side items I wanted they didn’t have (so I guess that’s why they didn’t put it in the bag). But I paid money for food I didn’t receive so they gave me different side items. They act like I was in the wrong and they couldn’t understand anything because they was so high… never again will I ever return to this ghetto restaurant Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
