When I placed my order the cashier was a nice guy. I ordered to go. The girl forgot my Mac n cheese and when I tried to get her attention she completely ignored me. The cashier got my Mac n cheese. Then I needed sauces, and forks for the food and the girl ignored me again. I told her I was missing biscuits and she said with chicken. Stupid me I didn't check the chicken box prior to me leaving. When I got home I did not receive the biscuits I paid extra for and the Mac n cheese was burnt. I called the store and a woman answered. I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager. When I explained my situation she said " huh, um me no understand hold" a guy named Thomas came on who said he was a manager as well. I told him I was speaking to a woman who said she was a manager. He said yes she is a manager but her English is not well. He spoke to me as I was a friend of his in the streets. He stated he will write my name in the book and when I come back tell whoever is there my name and that I was in the book and there is nothing he can do unless I go back. The store is in hamden I live in New haven. Long story short, check your food and do not expect good service. So perfectly crispy and crunchy on the outside and so juicy and tender on the inside. Just how I like my chicken tenders. The lady at the drive thru was really pleasant. Thank you popeye for making my day😋😋😋😋

Inside was closed when we got there and It wasn't late at night. Had no fanta or Spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese so I had to get the regular spicy sandwich. Fries were warm and not very crunchy & only redeemer was the woman at the window was polite. I just past by at Popeyes in Hamden and order the two can dine and I told them I want it fresh and hot and told me it was going to be 12 minutes so I waited patiently and therefore I waited and got my food ready to go and me and husband enjoy it the cashier very polite ☺️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I asked for dark meats, but they gave me white meats, so I went there again to pick up dark meat. 2nd time, they gave me 1 dark meat and 1 white meat (wing). I spoke to manager, and he is so sure he gave me a leg, not a wing, and insists to bring it back. Man, I'm not driving down in 90s degree for one stupid leg, but I'm telling you, you gave me a Wing!! Or, how would I ended up with 2 wings???
