Went through the drive thru to get the 6.99 shrimp tackle box that is being very heavily advertised, was informed that they were out of the butterfly shrimp and ask if i would like the popcorn shrimp instead, said it came with 2 chicken tenders also, fries and a biscuit and a small drink . I was NOT informed i was getting and paying for a combo meal , so i ordered a small red beans and rice also. I pull up to the window to pay and it was 16.73 , with reluctance i payed for my order and left . The popcorn shrimp was so hard it was not edible. If your restaurant is going to advertise a certain item , then make sure you have more than enough of the advertised items on hand , excuse me but that is business 101 fyi , 2nd make sure your employees inform the customer that the item they are offering in place of the out of stock item ordered is priced significantly higher and is by no means a better value . This location has just lost a loyal and long time customer. Good luck with your very deceptive business practices!

I am blessed to know almost everyone that works at Popeyes personally outside of Popeyes. There's some awesome friends of mine that I cherish and Love so much. There's always great food that's prepared with southern love added here at this particular Popeyes. Everyone here makes guests feel like family or a familiar friend each time. Just recently started coming to this Popeyes and let me just say the blackened chicken and Mac and cheese is always on point!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful always have a smile on their face. The inside is clean & a nice sit down spot for the family! I ordered 50$ dollars worth of food on the app to pick up when I got there my food wasn't on the pick up rack so I asked the lady at the register where my order was she said someone already picked it up and wouldn't replace my order or refund my money so I'm just out 50$ and I showed my order number and my receipt on the app and my email but they wouldn't do anything I won't be back to any Popeyes ever again they stole the last dollar from me a multimillion dollar company wont even take care of there customers.... what happened to customer service?? What happened to making the customers happy to keep the business??? I went through the drive thru on 1/18/24 around 6:00pm, ordered the fried chicken club sandwich combo, what I got was not a chicken club, just the regular plain chicken sandwich. Not sure what they actually rang up because there was barely enough ink on my receipt to read it. I’m not sure why people say this is a good sandwich because I instantly regretted eating it, it was disgusting. The breading is SOAKED with fryer grease and they put so much mayonnaise on it, trying to eat it was like eating pure lard. It left a film in my mouth. Gross!

Took 33 minutes to get our chicken 😱 no one there before us and drove thru was empty. The excuse is was "oh we are just now putting down more chicken" made no sense why it wouldn't have already been made? Don't think I'll be back for awhile. It was ok! The person in front of us got our food! The order was all screwed up, didn't have enuff spicy chicken for my order, so that's definitely a negative! Plus no Popeyes can measure up to where it originated in New Orleans babeeeeee!! I had one come close I was enroute home to Louisiana and I stopped @ 1 in Colorado somewhere, it was ran by all mexican men that night, it was real good! The night shift staff are incredibly rude. Placed an order through the app over 30 minutes before the posted close time. The lady at the window lied about receiving the order, as I told her it was under my nickname and she asked if it was under my full name. She then told me she was not refunding the order, even though I had the digital receipt showing the order went through and my card was charged. I went through the website and got the refund issued, but I do not advise visiting this restaurant after lunch time just for the service alone. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

........UPDATE....... Here it is several months after my last review and I'm officially done with Popeyes chicken! They're tenders aren't what they use to be. Even my favorite the red beans and rice has a weird twang to them. I use to eat there 3 to 5 times a week now ill never eat there again! they've changed they're tenders...AGAIN....
