Love this location! Always has good food, great taste and a moderate prices. The place feels very vivid, it has widows all around which make it very bright and open. The "fiesta Salad" 🥗 with steak taste great!👍 Parking lot can get full pretty fast. I also like that there are sits in the outside as well if your feeling like eating in an open breeze; I recommend this place to everyone.
Very nice asopao it's a huge bowl and the chicken kabobs with fried green plantain delish 😋 👌🏼. The best was the price I just paid $12.95 tax included. They also had daily specials. Very good for the price.

Was an excellent criollo food options but the quality of the food are not good as is used to be.
The rice are always like is glued. it looks very disgusting.
I was a regular customer. But since some time ago am not. They don't have quality control no more.

I want to write a warming here (is not abt food or the service. They are following pollo tropical standars, so you can expect the same food here than in any other location) about extra charges. Do not use a credit card. Only pay cash. I recently bought food here and used my bank of america credit card, and next day I was charge again a different amount of money which I didn't authorize, then after a week they charged me again. So I am warning you to pay only with cash or they could do the same to you. I had to call boa and dispute the transactions.
Quiero escribir una alerta. Usa solo dinero en efectivo, no utilizes tarjetas de credito para comprar aqui. Comenzaron a realizar cargos que no autorize ni reconocia, tuve que llamar al banco a pelear por transacciones no autorizadas. Es inaceptable y un dolor de cabeza que esto ocurra. Todavia estoy esperando por la resolucion de estos cargos fraudulentos.
