The place has great ambience with drinks. But the the tables are not all the best. Possibly some tables are good but the one we got was not well maintained and the cloth was ripped a little at a corner.
Paul the security guy was awesome! But the owner’s daugher (didn’t get her name) was very rude! She was the bartender by the way!! She was very rude the whole time and had an attitude towards everyone at the bar. If you want to go to a place where bartenders are rude this is the place for you, if not then keep it moving.
It’s a dark, basement of a pool hall with a bar and few video games. Its open late and definitely attracts the local riff raff, which I would say is part of the charm. Guaranteed to be entertained by a drunk Bostonian looking for a fight on a weekend night, so you’ll want to keep your eyes open when that show starts. Decent size pool hall with full size tables, but most are pretty shabby. If you need a late night drink, this might be the place!
Awesome local place. I spent 20 bucks total got a beer and a shot from a very friendly bartender and got to play some solid new arcade titles. Go support these guys. Very chill atmosphere
This was the worst place you could ever go. If you go to Boston, don't go here. "Bouncers" are ridiculous. Take their jobs so seriously, like if you breathe near them wrong, you'll be kicked out. I saw them refuse someone for the silliest reason. I still went because I had about 8 friends inside but tomorrow night I'm going to tell them that I want to go elsewhere. The bouncers made me feel uncomfortable, Like calm down. You're not the secret service for the FBI. You're checking IDs. The place itself was not good. Definitely could go somewhere better.
Went there last night to play pool it was my hubbys birthday, we were drinking playing pool and having a good time, we stepped out for a cigarette and he left his drink near the front door, just to watch it
( yeah drinks are served in a cheap plastic cups) some lady pretty much pushed us out of the way grabbed my husbands drink and went inside after we asked what happened she yelled at my husband that he weren't allowed to drink outside of the establishment. Ok, but nobody even was drinking. We went inside to get a drink back, (she was behind the bar)got an attitude again, she got rid of it. Ok we left. That was too much guys. I'm not surprised that place was almost empty.
