I was there before a movie and thought it was really friendly and attentive service, they were quick on refills. The wings were really good, I got half spicy garlic parm and half honey bqq, great mix of spicy and sweet, got them with a side of waffle fries which were also really good Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

other wing places are better. if you're a first time customer, you will get the fried pickle appetizer for free. they are spears and not chips. the sauce served with them is runny and has zero flavor. the actual pickle isn't bad. the bloody Mary is good and is served with a literal feast. cold, unflavored chicken wing, bacon, fried pickle (warm), a non fried pickle, olives, lemon and pickled green beans. the spicy jalapeno pineapple margarita is great, but goes down quickly! if you ask for a tall beer on draft, be prepared for a mini keg! lol boneless buffalo bites with medium buffalo sauce was ok. good amount of spice. the tater tots are nothing special. I did get them with spicy ranch dry rub, which was disappointing. I couldn't even taste the seasoning. breggy bomb sauce was disappointing. very odd flavor. Sriracha sauce was disappointing, tasted more like teriyaki. the waffle fries are good! Tuesday's they have trivia, which is fun. personally I would opt for another wing place... Unfortunately we had awful, horrible service. After 20 minutes of being seated without any server making contact, I found a manager to address the problem. The manager took our drink and appetizer order, which took another 20 minutes to get drinks. We then got a server, finally, to take our order, and she brought us the completely wrong order. I believe this location needs all new management and new servers. Absolutely awful service and a horrible dining experience. I will not go back. Really good mango habanero wings. The buffalo wasn't bad either but I could barely taste the sauce. The blue cheese dressing is also really good that goes with the wings. Service at the bar was excellent on Saturday afternoon. First time being in here and had screens everywhere for you to watch every game you can imagine. If I could give them negative stars I would. We ate at Pluckers Sunday. Got there around 5 and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We were seated right away and our server took our order fairly quickly but then she never came back till an hour later. We waited a whole hour for our food and when it was finally delivered our server came over and said “oh how strange, you never got your appetizer!” I ordered a BLT and it was missing the tomato. After flagging our server down and asking for tomato, it took her an additional 30 min to bring me a cup of chopped tomatoes!! I asked her if that was how they came on the BLT and she said “I don’t know, that’s just what they gave me”. I ended up having to send my whole plate back to get my BLT made correctly. This was literally the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The cherry on top was when we received our appetizer after we ate our meal. I typed up a long explanation about what made my experience here so good, but decided it might be a bit much. In the end, the food was good, but the service truly made my day... we still talk about our visit here several weeks / a month later. If I could give this specific place a 0 star I would. The black manager and the staff is ignorant. They don’t know their laws there so they push returning customers away, who have been serviced there multiple times. The management and staff discriminated against me and my Missouri ID. I’ve been there multiple times since moving to Texas, and every time I’ve done had liquor. I will be escalating this to corporate because paying customers shouldn’t be turned around due to the ignorance of the staff! Don’t spend your money there. The place should be inspected to make sure people know their liquor laws and ID requirements. My question is why would I come out the house at 11PM on a Saturday with a fake ID? They could have scanned it and or put it up to a light and seen the MO embroidered through the ID. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me and my girlfriend's family stop here after the movies. I will say this.. delicious.. wings.. and so many dry rubs and sauces to choose from. Hopefully, definitely I'll be back. I won't be satisfied until I've tried them all. 😉 for those of you who haven't been. It's a sports bar w/ tons of tvs for ppl who love eating chicken wings. They might have other things to eat.
