Apparently they're using doordash to deliver food now? Making the wait time for delivery much longer. This will be the last time we order from this pizza hut. Used to be so great, fast delivery and they've really gone downhill over the last couple months. I don't understand what happened but have had issues the last couple times we've ordered from them. But what was supposed to be a 35 to 40 min wait time for delivery has now been almost an hour and a half. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I meant to leave this review earlier. Last week, one of my coworkers returned from surgery and I decided to throw her a pizza party. I ordered a cheese & pepperoni pizza but once I arrived it wasn’t made properly. The manager there was very nice and corrected the order by delivering it to my job free of charge. After this situation, I’m going to keep supporting this location. You can’t find customer service like this anywhere! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A man came in while I was waiting on my food looking for work he hand wrote the website down because the gentleman didn't speak good English. The man explained he had been to temp agency looking for work and was hungry. The manager 1st said no then checked and saw some pizza that hadn't been picked up on time and gave it to him. He was so thankful. I always have a great experience at this location and they have a 100 sanitation score. Great job Stratford Road! 👏 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in today (01/06/24) around 1:30 this afternoon. Heavy set white guy behind counter not friendly at all. I walked in and he said is this a pick up? He didn’t even look at me and acted as if I was bothering him. Did not greet me the right way at all. I asked him if I could see a menu and he told me flat out “no”. I would have to scan my phone to some bar code. I would not have minded doing that but he was so rude about it. I said no thank you and walked out. Went up the street to Mario’s and got better service. He doesn’t have to worry about me coming back!

Du rag and crocs on employee. No aprons worn on any employees when handling food. They charge for ranch even if you order wings. Slow service and didn’t wash hands after taking phone order. I ordered beef and they gave me sausage. I don't eat sausage at all. 🤢🤮 I ordered a 2 liter of Dr Pepper and I had to show the girl my phone in order for her to believe me. The lights to the restaurant on the outside were off making it look like the restaurant was closed. I do not recommend going to the Stratford Rd location!

New melt is NOTHING like a pizza...OR a calzone...OR ...well anything I ever ate from ANY Italian restaurant or otherwise! It IS like a pizza BOX was folded in half and filled with a VERY bland cheese and a few pieces of Pepperoni...in my recent case. Greasy, hard (website talks about how "full of flavor and ingredients " but mine weighed out at 10 ounces WITH the box...had a fish scale in my truck and was immediately thinking "wonder what this REALLY weighs"...website shows four pieces in the advertisements...you get two.) All around NOT worth the purported "cheap" price of over 8$ with tax. Cheap DOES describes the dough and the ingredients though!!! Did I mention that I received a TABLESPOON of marinara in a traditional size dipping container??? That ran out before the first piece was lightly dipped....welcome to shrinkflation PizzaHut style. Really...SOMETHING more than a flour and water dough please!!! Ugh...thankfully I'll never HAVE to do that again. You shouldn't either. Caveat emptor.

I think it's good pizza. Especially the deep dish variety. They have very appealing specials. We had 2 large 2 toppings delivered during dinnertime hours. They took exactly how long they said they would. The have a very intuitive online ordering system. Would be nice if accumulated points did not expire.

Best pizza in town. 100% cleanliness rating! Very friendly and professional staff, ample toppings and best price hands down $9.99 for a medium Super Supreme plus $9.99 for a medium 5 topping pizza. Pizza was ready on time and delicious. Will go back again!!!

They have a monitor that tells the progress of your order, except when you pay for your food your name is erased and they forget about you and put your food in a dry your food out warmer and wait until the restaurant empties and they say what was your name ????????. How about LEAVE MY NAME ON THE MONITOR AND MAKE IT SAY PAID AND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THIRTY FIVE MINUTES AND HIS FOOD IS STILL IN THE DRY YOUR FOOD OUT WARMER. What a terrible way to run a business. And by the way I like the way you tell customers that if I had ordered delivery instead of pick up I would get it quicker. Just how does that work when you only have one conveyor oven and it runs the same speed for all orders ? Is it because I already know your delivery times and that's why I ordered pick up ?
