I've been waiting 4 hours now on a replacement pizza. They screwed up my order. Sent the replacement through a door dash driver. He shows up at my residence demanding cash. Looked very unkempt like he was on drugs. Had another person in the car with him. Demands cash even though the ticket said 0 owed. Took the pizza from me. Cussed me. Sat in my driveway for 10 minutes then flipped me off then drove off laughing. The store manager said he was sending another replacement. 4 hours ago. Now won't answer. I have two drugged out looking strangers who now know my address and residence. I've called multiple times only to be told the manager will call me back. Nothing has been done. How would he like 2 strangers knowing his name and address and to be ripped off? I will never order from this location again. Sounds to me like the manager is in on something shady.

Detroit style is my new favorite here at Pizza Hut. I ordered on the app, and chose curbside pickup. Getting the pizza seems to be a little tricky. I checked into the app, the app told me to call. No one picked up. A sign in front of the parking spot gives a different number. I call that one, it rings over 10 times and someone picks up, and they bring it out. I wish the pickup was a little easier on the employees, but the pizza is exactly what I wanted.

Will never order from pizza hut again. Waited over 2 hours for food. Called and they couldn't make sure that the order was delivered again. This company has gone down hill. They deliver cold food the time before that when I ordered.

Price getting it delivered is too expensive. Pick it up. $20.00 plus for 2 personal pan pepperoni. It's not all that! I refuse to pay that much money on their pizza!

My pizza was not thoroughly cooked through. We each took a bite and threw the rest of the pizza away. Update 12/29/23. Gave it a try again and once again total disappointment. Took driver 35 minutes to find where I live, I live 8 minutes away. Pizza was room temperature and my wife and I took 1 bite and threw in trash. I so enjoy throwing $ in the trash can. So, um. Sorry Pizza Hut but you have a bad apple working at this location. Sir just dropped a pizza & placed it in a box to serve. I had to call him out. He threw it away after the gentleman wearing a black shirt told him too but then the black shirt guy apologized to me promising that when they drop a pizza, they make a new one. I responded, "No, Sir. You don't. Your guy was about to serve that gross pizza. Yeah, naw, I'm good. I'ma go somewhere else." Don't trust this location... And I love pizza, especially stuffed crust!

I do not recommend anybody going inside this establishment and swiping their cards. My debit card was illegally used for a purchase of $86 and when I went to the management about this they looked at me and told me there's nothing they can do because they did not do it. But yet bank statement charge location was their restaurant and now I have to follow police report so that my bank will return my money
