Nothing can be better than trying nicely cooked pizza and good breadsticks. Food delivery is a big plus of this pizzeria. The pleasant staff reflects the style and character of Pizza Hut. Spectacular service is something guests appreciate here. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Grew up here in Cortez and have to say, this Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. I’ve tried many before in a couple different states but none can compare to this one. The food always comes out tasting great and the staff have always been friendly. What prompted this review was my most recent order. I had ordered a dinner box with the cheese stick upgrade. When I picked it up from their drive up window, my fiancé peaked inside and noticed they had given us breadsticks. I parked and went inside to let them know and David took a look and even reprinted a receipt (the one we had gotten was very faint, couldn’t see anything really) and said he’d start up a batch of cheese sticks for us, and we got to keep the breadsticks as well. He was very nice and didn’t act like I had inconvenienced him for asking for what was originally ordered. (I’ve had some employees at different establishments act like I’m annoying/terrible for even asking!) I truly appreciate the kindness of David with this matter! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've had pizza hut all over the states. I can definitely say that at this location their pizza is one of the best pizza I've had. I was ordering thru there app but wasn't work properly so I called them on 11/17/23. The guy that answered was very courteous. I didn't feel rushed when I was ordering. The pizza was delivered on time like he told me over the phone. As for the pizza the bread was perfectly warm and soft. The wing were not over drenched in wing sauce. This made my day thank! If I worked here at the Pizza Hut I would be embarrassed. I ordered a big box dinner and all three pizzas were skimpy when it came to the toppings….

Our football team came here after our game. The game was an hour longer than estimated and we thought the place was going to close. The staff stayed later to take care of all our players and coaches! Thanks for the great service and taking care of our team! Gladly giving a 5 star rating!

I’m shocked that a manger would argue with a costumer… Normally we don’t have any problems with this Pizza Hut, but today we ordered 2 large pan crust pizzas. One with extra pepperoni and bacon and the other one with pepperoni, bacon, and black olives. However, what we received was one Pan crust and one hand tossed. The pan crust did have extra pepperoni, but instead of bacon it had Canadian bacon and a strange smattering of onion. While the second one was hand tossed with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and sausage. Normally you’d think no big deal, just call the restaurant and get it fixed. So we called them and they looked up the order and said they’d remake the pizzas, but for training purposes they asked we bring one slice of each back with us. Again, we thought, no big deal and waited another 20 mins and then drove back to the restaurant. However, once there the manager looked at the two slices through the plastic bag and said he agreed that the hand tossed one was wrong, but that the other one was correct. He did not bother to take it out of the bag to actually see that the slices of what he called bacon were in fact Canadian bacon or to see if it had onion under the cheese like we said. Instead, he poked at it through the bag and said he wouldn’t replace that one because he said it was correct. I emphasized again that it was wrong. He wouldn’t actually take it out to check and simply refused to correct it and give us the second replacement pizza. I ended up saying I disagreed with him and drove off with the one pizza corrected. I was absolutely shocked that first he argued with me and second that he refused to correct the mistake.

On our order Double peperoni New York pizza there was no peperoni, my son called the store and they told my son to bring it in and they would fix it, but when he got there the manage Steward told him that they could not fix it even if the order stated double peperoni because on there end the order came as double peperoni - the peperoni. I called and spoke to Steward and he said the same thing. I was very disappointed. I did not pay for the pizza my youngest son did and he said he was really expecting that something would be done. He had spent the last of his money to enjoy with his family.

Folks that work there were very helpful and kind. Pizza and wings tasted great. I look forward to another visit.
