Went out of town to get Pizza Hut and waited patiently just for it to be gooey and undercooked. All of the other times I’ve went to Pizza Hut the pizza was good. Let it cool down and was still doughy. Wasn’t even cut right. Don’t understand. Very unsatisfied. Food: 1 Service: 1

Pizza Hut in Danville, KY This was my first (and only) trip to this Pizza Hut. I like to write a nice review when I have a good restaurant experience, but this was anything but. After ordering 24 Buffalo wings and some fries online - for $32 - I pulled up to the drive through window to get my order. I sat there for 3-4 minutes before anybody even came to check on me. I paid, got a bag of food and drove home… where I discovered they’d given me an order of 12 honey bbq wings. Called Pizza Hut. Phone rang 20 times and nobody answered, so back in the car. Back to Pizza Hut. Park to go inside and get orders straitened out and see that the building is closed. Drive through only. I have to wait behind 2 other cars for 6-7 minutes. When the car in front of me gets to the window, I can tell they are handed the wrong pizza, which is then exchanged. I see a pattern here. When I pulled up to the window the same person waits on me - with a confused look on their face - then says “did I give you the wrong wings?” Luckily my order was still sitting there. I take it all home, warm it up in the oven (the fries are cold by now) and - after wasting 30 minutes of my time - I eat the only order of food I’ll ever have from this Pizza Hut. My advice - check your order very carefully before pulling away from the drive through window! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great pizza. My only concern is the time. And service. I place an order for delivery. They kept adding more time to the delivery time. Saying they were having trouble finding a driver or dasher. After over an hour they said the order had to be cancelled due to the fact they were closed. There was plenty of time to let me know they'd probably have to cancel. I didn't get the message till after they closed. Paid for the thing. They said they'd put the money back on my card but I'm not sure if they did yet. Had a very good time , stopped in for a treat . Wanted to try their 🍕 Pizza Melts.I got the Cheese Steak 🥩 Pizza Melt with a Bottle Dr Pepper and a delicious treat a Chocolate Chip Cookie

Nasty kitchen nasty food with a nasty person or two working to close to the food. Respect for the customer is nowhere in sight. I wouldn't let my kids eat here, that's for sure. Plus they will steal screw you out of a check if you work here and they don't like you. So there's a reason the place dosnt change it'll never get better. Oh and yes they do ignore the phone on purpose and yes the GM forces the workers to short stuff like bacon or chicken so she can get a bonus on her check. 😉 not a place for customers. Managments favorite saying the 2 and half months I was there was (Danville people are dumb enough to come back?) I swear they all say it multiple times a day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My mother and I ordered a supreme p-zone to share and 2 orders of 6 piece boneless chicken legs. So while eating we noticed that the supreme only had cheese, green peppers, onions and 1 piece of mushroom and I piece of grey sausage, in both pieces! while that was a bust, we open our wings to find that they weren't boneless and I only got 5! Tried to call several times 10-15 minutes after the delivery, but each call was a no answer! Money wasted! Next time we're ordering from Papa john's, heck, I'd order little caesars before I go back to pizza hut!

The pizza hut in Danville KY needs to get someone who speaks and understands English. I called trying to place an order and went thru 3 different people with 3 different language accents. Smdh they still couldn't get it right. I was so aggravated I said screw it and went to Domino's (the person there spoke and understood English). Took my order without an issue .

Dined in today for the first time in years. So glad we still have this option. Service was great and food was awesome. Dining room was completely deserted but it’s always nice to think about pizza huts glory days. This would be a great place to open a retro gaming center for us 80’s kids! 🤘

I've always done take out due to how far I live. Each time the staff has been kind and professional. The restaurant has always been clean along with the bathrooms. My food was made as ordered, still hot, and delicious. The price is comparable to other delivery pizza restaurants. The app makes it very easy to order and have your food ready by the time you pick it up.

I have been trying to call this pizza hut for a over a hour and no one will answer by far the worst customer service I've ever had. I've also tired other people calling then and they get the same result
