Order stuff crust last night on the app, wings was good but the pizza had a little to no cheese on it had alot of bread bubble. Poor quality. but now I understand why nobody want to tip, $50 for wings and a 1 pizza. The owner should just sell this location.
On Tuesday I ordered delivery by phone and got a Thin Crust Meat Lover's Pizza and 12 bone-in mild buffalo wings. When the food arrived the pizza was outstanding, but the wings were not up to their usual standards. I called the store and the manager, Eric, who actually took my order, answered and was so incredibly professional, courteous and just pleasant!! He worked it out to make me fresh wings the next day to make up for it! They were incredibly delicious! I wanted to recognize Eric and Pizza Hut for continuing to provide outstanding food and service to their customers! Thanks Eric!! It was a pleasure meeting you! Worst customer service experience ever. The store attempted to deliver our order via Doordash. Supposedly, the order was delivered to us, as communicated by Doordash or the Pizza Hut app or both. However, the order was never delivered. We tried to contact the Doordash driver but he never responded by text or phone call. Then, we tried to contact the store, but when you call the store, you are actually calling a call center. The call center rep tried to transfer us to the store, but we ended up back at the call center about 4-5 times. Come to find out, the store's phone was either disconnected or "wasn't working." We finally got a Pizza Hut customer service rep (not from the actual store, another call center instead) to issue us a refund. Horrible customer experience, with no pizza to show for it. Slow as mallassis!!!! I called to place a modified order to some cheese sticks and apparently this Pizza hut and the Pappa John's location on N Beach use an answering service to place phone orders. Then to top it off, you cannot modify it. HOW HARD IS IT TO ADD PEPPERONI TO THE TOP OF THE CHEESE STICKS????? IN IOWA THEY DO.

If I could choose ZERO Stars I would. The order was 45 minutes LATE arriving at my house. Not from the time I ordered but from the delivery time I was given - 45 minutes PAST the original Delivery time. Pizza was COLD - the cheese was even hard. NO ONE would answer the phone, I called at least 10 times. This is the worst thing you could do as a store manager or owner - this is unacceptable by any standard. When calling and selecting #2 I believe, to know the status of my order from the automated service, it said my order was already delivered - NOT TRUE. This was probably 15 - 20 minutes before it really arrived. Delivery person said - sorry but I just received your order and it "should still be hot" - NOT TRUE. Saying "should" tells me something went wrong with my order but no one will take ownership of it. Everyone had already eaten waiting on the pizza so most of it was thrown away, the little bit that we tried to eat didn't taste good because it was cold or had to be heated in the microwave. Very Very BAD for such a widely know name as Pizza Hut.
We placed on order online through Pizza Hut's website the day before our son's class party specifically because they opened at 10:30 and we were on a time crunch to be there at 11am. We arrived at 10:45 and they didn't even have a record of our order. So now we are going to be late and the entire class will not have their pizza on time. Unbelievable. Ordered delivery. The store near me uses Doordash to deliver orders. The driver forgot the drinks and blamed it on the store. Then threw the stack of pizzas at my roommate and ran down the sidewalk and drove off before we could ask anything else. When we opened the pizzas we discovered that he must have dumped them in the floorboard at some point because they were big piles of mush on one side of the box. Worst customer service ever! I wish I could give negative stars, but had to give one. Ordered three (3) pizzas and only received one (1). The one pizza we received was half burnt. Called 15 times to talk to someone, never got anyone. The phone would ring, then just hang up. Finally called like I was going to order a pizza instead of calling about a previous order. Someone picked up and when I started telling them what was going on they hung up. They did this twice! Been ordering from here for a very long time. Will not be ordering from here again until they make it right and get their stuff straightened out. I can’t even get someone on the phone to get my money back for what we paid for. Ridiculous!

Ya’ll must think I am stupid. This is DISGUSTING and I knew something was off with my pizza the second I received it. PIZZA SHOULD NOT BE GRAY. I already contacted corporate with pictures. I had a small order, ordered an hour ahead and tipped over 15%.. disrespectful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!
This pizza hut is by far the WORST, paid for extra cheese, pizza had very little cheese at all, didn't get the garlic sauce I paid for and they did NOT fold and close my pizza box so good thing it didn't slide out. Please train these employees better. Won't be back
