Had to call my order in as online wasn't working. Lady on the other end of the phone followed the script beautifully. $40 for wings and cheese pizza, plus delivery. Bonus pizza was on the burnt side. Delivery guy was cool.

Delivered an hour and half late, they said I’d have $20 off next time I come in but I didn’t receive any kind of voucher to prove this. Idk how to explain the taste but the best way to explain it is that it just tasted like greasy water. Also, it’s super sus that none of the pieces matched. It seems like it was just left over pizza put together. I get that they’re short staffed, but It would’ve been great to be told that my pizza looked like it was taken from the trash.

All of my food was over cooked. The melts were so hard (inedible) the pasta top was freaking black (also inedible)bread sticks were very hard again inedible and the pizza was also over cooked. I spent over $50. Pizza Hut do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did not pay attention to order, was out of a lot of things. Both orders of breadsticks were burned and gross, one of the pizzas had a dough bubble that took up 1/4 of the pizza and there was no butter and parm on the crust. Lady running the register was the only good thing about this visit. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Any high volume pizza joint is going to have an issue here or there. 10 years living here and this particular branch has always taken care of me. Prompt and respectful staff, clean establishment, and they truly go above and beyond. I had a minor issue with my order, and on top of everything else the manager did in response, what really stuck with me after thanking them for remaking the pie, was him saying “thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.” The effort these guys put in is not something you see everywhere. 10/10 for customer service.

More than three times they messed up on my order and gave me something else me and my lady always order cheesy Alfredo pasta yet they can’t seem to get it right and gave me two small pizza. Check your food before leaving the workers that work the evening shift tent to mess up on orders won’t be back. Mangers please train your employees right

I ordered carryout from the app. Two large thin crust 3 topping pizzas. The first one was pepperoni, pork sausage, and bacon. The second was pepperoni, ham, and bacon. They were both delicious! Just the right amount of every ingredient. My order was fresh and ready right on time.

I had a pickup order and sent my wife to pick it up. She picked up the order and when she got home I noticed the order was missing a couple items. When I called I was told since I ordered online it my fault and I would have to come pick up the missing items. Terrible customer service from the manager.
