This is a pick-up only location, so ambiance is practically their lowest priority. It’s clean and has close parking at least. The race to the bottom has killed all the big chains. Their food is no better than frozen. I can still make a better pizza at home for the same price. I miss when Pizza Hut was cravably good. We recently moved nearby and have had their pizza a few times. It's always fresh, hot, and delicious! I hadn't had pizza hut in over a decade bc I remember it not being very good. We were pleasantly surprised when we ordered it on moving day and will keep coming back.

Food showed up a half our late to their expected time they sent me. When it arrived it was cold and missing items. I called the delivery driver and he said the store was busy and he couldn’t do anything to fix it. I called the store 15 times but never any answer. Extremely disappointed and hate that I chose Pizza Hut for dinner last night… Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

Placed an order from this location, asked for it to be left at my door.. yet the driver decided to stand at my door.. I saw the notification from my camera of motion and was greeted by a odd man. He was very unprofessional, aggressive and wanted to mingle. Still getting creeper vibes.. if you order from here ladies.. have some protection near by.. just in case.. luckily I wasn’t home alone.. this guy was super creepy.

Only leaving a 1 star because I can't leave 0. I placed an order that was confirmed at 10:02 with an estimated delivery time of 10:27. When the status hadn't changed at 10:40, I called the store and was assured that my order was leaving the store at that time. When the status still hadn't changed and I still hadn't received my order at 10:55, I called the store once again. This time I was connected to Pizza Hut customer service who asked for my order details. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know why my order hadn't been delivered but the store was now closed and so I wouldn't be receiving my order. He did offer to cancel my order and refund my money but that it would take 3-5 business days before my funds would be returned. There was utterly no concern expressed about the failure of the store to deliver the order or the fact that I had been assured the order was on its way when it obviously wasn't.

The pizza tasted great, it arrived in a timely manner and the delivery driver was extremely nice. On top of being super sweet, she informed me that my dog was trying to escape from the gate so I was able to avoid the stress of a missing animal.

We love this location. It’s always clean snd the staff is super friendly and kind. They have fast service as well and the pizza is hot and fresh.

This place is disgusting. This place is very rude. I ordered a pizza last night. I had ordered pineapple and sausage and NO CHEESE. There was cheese on it and there was olives on it. And the pizza was not even cut all the way through. I did delivery. They didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock or even call us to let us know that they dropped it off. I’m pretty sure it was out there for like an hour or so because when I went downstairs to get it, the pizza was cold and hard.

This location has nailed every order as efficiently as possible for the past year-- no matter delivery or pick up. Today before the AFC championship game, my order was lost at another restaurant but they were able to fulfill my $100 order in15 minutes.. wonderful.
