$70 for 3 pizzas is ridiculous! Way over priced! I got the big new Yorker, and it wasn't good. Didn't taste good at all. 1 out of 10. I got a super Supreme stuffed crust. It was pathetic! I counted 6 pieces of bell peppers. Hardly any toppings! 2 out of 10. The last pizza I got was there Hawaiian. It was the best one of the three. 5 out of 10. Customer service was ok. There's only one location in flagstaff. They don't deliver to the other side of town. I use to order pizza hut a lot, but they got rid of the bbq bacon cheese burger pizza and there chocolate dunkers. I haven't ordered pizza hut in years. After this experience, I will never order pizza hut again. Overpriced and low quality! I don't recommend pizza hut!

I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza from app. 1 is with classic marinara sauce another one with buffalo sauce. Non of them has any sauce in it. Terrible

I placed an online order for curbside pickup planning to do a little movie night with my son. The Pizza Hut with the store number 037036 CHARGED my card $34.44 (yes it was taken from my bank account) and supposedly it did not go through their system so now I’m left with no food AND no refund. Apparently I’ll need to call back in 5-7 business days to see again about a refund for this issue. I told the manager a few times I am willing to drive to the store to show proof of purchase but as of right now there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely ridiculous I am out about $35 with no way of getting it back. Careful guys they will take your hard earned money with no care to help.

Waited 3-4 minutes while woman behind the counter finished a personal phone call. Then she couldn’t find my order, after searching several minutes, she asked for help. The gentlemen’s who helped her told me that because I placed the order earlier in the day (for a scheduled pick up later), the order was “found” in a different place. When asked if the order was ready, the gentlemen literally shouted at me that they would find the pizzas. I told them I was no longer interested in the order and shouting at a customer is not acceptable. I am sitting at dominos now waiting for my order. Never again, Pizza Hut.

Don't have enough staff to maintain normal business operations.. yet are totally open and will take your order and payment no problem. Strange times we live in. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t write bad reviews unless it’s really egregious. Ordered the “Big New Yorker” and it was inedible. Took one bite at the store and tossed it back into the box. Should have demanded a refund right there, but didn’t want to cause a scene. Crust=Cardboard. Got it home, and for a little demo, I picked up a piece and threw it back into the box as hard as I could, and it appeared exactly the same afterward (LOL!). Didn’t damage that piece or the others, showing how rock-solid it was. It was also expensive. Service was slow, indifferent, and rude. Was charged $1.00 for ranch dressing to dip their substandard chicken wings in (a side order). Spent nearly $30, will never darken the entrance of this establishment again.

Horrible and rude staff, absolutely suck with curbside, multiple times forgot my order, waited 30-1hr for it a few times when I wasn’t able to get them to answer the phone, and it comes out cold and they forget half the orders. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Woman working there was so rude!! My friends and I ordered curbside pickup since we were in a different store. We finished earlier than expected so we decided to just wait in the car outside Pizza Hut . When the woman brought out our pizza she was like “you guys checked in WAY too early >:( that’s why you had to wait“ like girl what LOL. No one was rushing you, we knew it was still gonna be a little while and we were fine with it. Mad for no reason!!!! Pizza was good though lol
