Order was called in order told me 10-15 min got there was not ready when promised, no big deal willing to wait it’s Saturday it’s busy I get it told 5 more min. Waited then another 5-8 min for my order because they were barely putting it in get home pizza is undercooked called to complain offered me replacement but I’m home I Don’t want to go out again no credit, no refund terrible customer service. So Disappointed been ordering from there over many years. Not anymore.

On Sept 22 I placed an order thru the app was told 25-35 minutes wait which I placed order for a later time..got an alert that doordash was delivering my order never came..contacted door dash they took care of it they refunded pizza hut so they can refund me back. I always contacted pizza hut corp 5 times now and nothing ....been waiting for almost two weeks now and still have not got anything contacted the store and the manager who I have his name..called me a liar and said corp wouldn't let me get the refund and they did.then hung up on me . I wanted no stars

Not as great as it used to be back in the day, but this will do for a quick pick up on your way home to watch the game! Pizza Hut please stop spraying that oily stuff on my pizza, it’s greasy enough just the way it comes out of the oven! Friendly service and not too long of a wait if it’s not busy, but come on the weekend and expect to wait 10 minutes longer than usual. It not a dine in restaurant and you are limited to a small bench on your stay as you wait for your deep dish meat lovers extra large pizza. ;)
