I think this is my second or third time rating this place but here we go again. The pizza is great; the pizza is always cooked thoroughly, I can't say that for the Hut near my house (North Suffolk, Va). The pizza there is always undercooked. The service at Naval Station Norfolk is good but the atmosphere has a lot to be desired. I always hear, "Only the best for our troops." Well, let's cut the lip service and give them a Pizza Hut that's worthy of their patronage and doesn't have the warmth and ambiance of an automobile garage. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
