The mini cupcakes I got were so delicious and pretty! I got two dozens for my daughter’s birthday party and everyone enjoyed it! Excellent service and great quality. Will order again!

We always stop here whenever we're at the Alderwood Mall. The best cupcakes ever! The salted caramel ones are so good that I hardly ever order anything else. But we've tried the coconut, chocolate, red velvet and lemon ones! Their frosting is absolutely magical. I've had cupcakes at several places but the buttercream can never beat Pinkabella's.
Also love that they have pup cakes. My dog inhales it! They also have varying flavors through the week.

Placed an order for birthday cupcakes. Arrived 5 minutes early and watched the staff walk out for a break.... waited 25 minutes. I requested pickup at 6 for a reason and no one is here? Could they not have waited until after 6 to go on a break? Very very poor customer service... very unhappy with having to wait when I scheduled this time and I showed up on time. I will never purchase cupcakes from this kiosk again.

Good cupcakes, cake was a bit dry but the icing and toppings were very good. This little cupcake shop was quite a treat. I recommend the peanut butter cupcake 100%

I cannot find anything to critique that falls below 5 stars. We were so pleased with the entire experience and our guests have been raving and asking about the cupcakes and how incredible they were. Beyond that part (since we already knew how YUMMY these are) we could not have had a better experience all the way around with order, set up, delivery and customer experience. They worked through having to cancel the first wedding date to rescheduling 18 months later....it was seemless, effortless and everyone was wonderful to work with throughout this entire process. Do not hesitate to make Pinkabella your 'go to' for any event. You will not be sorry.

2022 I stop here EVERY time I go to the mall. I get two or more for home and one for the car because they would never reach home as a set, they are just too good. Tried the orange frosting cup and it was probably the best frosting I have ever tasted. They have a calendar of what is on the monthly menu, but I wish they had Carmel Apple all the time as I can't time it for them all the time, but that IS the best cupcake I have ever had and I am OLD.

The cake itself was moist and delicious, better than perfect. The icing, and let me preface this by saying, I love sweets, was so sickingly sweet and heaped on , that I almost dropped my pancreas. Really! I guess people like things this sweet by all the positive reviews. If you poured candy corns in your mouth until your mouth was full and chewed them up, that would be about 1/2 as sweet as the icing on these cupcakes.

This was a good cupcake when it was fresh, but let it sit for even a day (even sealed up) and it dries out. The frosting was just the right amount of sweet, and the cake tasted good fresh. It was a little pricier than other cupcake places I've been to, and there are better options in the area.

Beware!! This shop is selling stale and unhygienic cupcakes. My 4 year old daughter ate cupcake from here today and got food poisoning. She has already thrown up 6 times since. This location needs to be investigated by the authorities. I am going to report. Please do not buy from this store for the safety of your family.

Really disappointed. I haven't had their cupcakes for about a year. Ordered some tonight and the frosting tastes like a new recipe. It's extremely grainy. It used to be very smooth!
