Had an amazing 5 course meal. It was very well balanced and flowed very well from one fish to the next. Did not have one bad dish. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting Kristiansand. Make sure to book online. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Love the atmosphere, welcoming waiters, and excellent services (provided recommendations and constant checking in). Group of 3 on a Friday night with no reservation, the place was 3/4 full. No waiting required. Was told that the fish soup, local fish and seafood platter are popular choices. Fish soup was creamy and great. Highly recommend this dish. Seafood platter includes cooked 1/2lobster, crawfish, scallops, mussels and fresh shrimps. I didn’t like the mussels but the rest was fresh and great! Comes with mashed potato, rich and creamy!! Love it. Halibut was ok. Nothing fantastic. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Bill came up to around 1600NOK, slightly higher than average price which I find it reasonable at this restaurant. So we came here for the fish soup which is absolutely amazing.. But other dishes are delicious too.. The staff, really proffesional and taking care of everything.. The place looks really stylish and always ready to take plenty of guests.. All and all a great culinary experience and I highly recommend it..

We had a wonderful lunch today! The fish soup and seafood bowl were so delicious! And the service was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us to make excellent choices from the menu. A definite must-try when in Kristiansand! 🙂

Fantastic restaurant. Excellent food, superb service by an extremely pleasant and proffessional young waitress, very nice atmosphere. We had a very tasty fresh sea food platter and a wonderful fish soup, very good wine. The small harbour view from the window is very nice. We warmly recommend Pieder Ro. We had the sea fruit pasta two times. The mussels were still closed and the amount couldn't be less. Still hungry afterwards. The waitress kindly suggested to bring a dish of mussels on the house, but we declined. We asked for extra bread with our pasta that never came. Taste was not bad. Portions were not adequate. Had the Fish Soup and it was very well prepared. Excellent flavour which made my mouth water of taste. Highly recommend this dish if you like sea food. Oh, and don’t forget the muscles. Exuberant amounts of flavour for these ones. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
