The service is generally very good. Everyone has bad days. I really like the #3 special on Tuesday and Saturday. Macaroni salad and potato salad the best. It's still a little pricey but worth the treat of not cooking once a week. One downfall, they don't deliver. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Brownies
Almost 12 dollars for a 9 inch sandwich that you can only choose 4 veggies, nothing is seasoned or has any flavor. Protein amount is almost nonexistent. Ordering in person is also completely different than what you see when you try to order online. Save your money go to Jimmy johns or jersey mikes. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Yummy. They put oil, salt and pepper but they need a little more flavor. Try considering a quality vinegar, oregano Etc. Bread was fresh and delicious and service was friendly
I never do reviews but here we go... We just moved to the area and have heard great things about Pickle-Barrell so we went on day I could meet my wife for quick get together for lunch. We walked in and it smelled like cigarettes' and someone had been smoking inside. I don't know if it was the workers or the store but it smelled really bad like cigarettes'. We ordered some food after the recommendation of the worker. We both wanted a footlong and a soda. It came up to $28. It was a lot more expensive than I was thinking for a neighborhood sub shop. Then we took our first bites of the sandwich. Both had little taste and to be honest were not good at all. We tried to finish it but we couldn't. We both threw away half of our sandwiches because they were just gross. So you can see why we gave you a 1 star. Just the whole experience was not good. Walking in, ordering, and the food. Just everything was a 1 star. We aren't picky but this food was so bad. Just really really gross.

This is probably one of, if not, the best sub place I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. Even at the end of the night, all their ingredients taste fresh and amazing. Their customer service is top-notch too. Grubhub never picked up my order, so I had to go and get it myself. The staff remade me a fresh sub, and threw in an extra pickle for my trouble. 15/10 would recommend. Also, cut out the middle-man and order directly from them. They deliver for free!
HANNAH THE EMPLOYEE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST MAKES SURE EVERY CUSTOMER IS TREATED WITH RESPECT WANTS EVERYONE HAPPY! It's outdated n would look alot nicer if the owner would invest in new flooring and paint.

My friend loves pickle barrel so I was super excited to try it for the first time. As we walked in I had a phone call and I stepped back out of line to take because it was an important call. My brother is in the military and only has certain times he is able to talk as he is still in training. I let him know that I was going to order food and that I was putting him on hold. When I walked up to order the lady working refused to take my order and walked away. She then proceeded to talk poorly about me taking the phone call and how she was not going to help someone on the phone. I understand this as I’ve worked in food service and dealt with people being rude and talking while trying to take their order. It’s difficult and it’s frustrating to do. However, I put my call on hold and I was not on it as I approached to order. I’m not upset that she wouldn’t take my order, I’m upset because she talked down on me and was very rude in front of my friend whom she didn’t realize was with me. I feel that was very unprofessional. She didn’t know the situation and even if she didn’t want to take my order that is completely fine, but to speak down on me when I wasn’t even trying to order on the phone is just rude. Not a great first impression. Thankfully the man working who did take my order made a great sandwich. So I guess it all worked out for the better at the end.

Paid $27 for a 12 inch BLT and 9 inch Roast beef club. Two sandwiches only, no drinks or chips. I could've sat down at a restaurant and got a hot meal somewhere for that price. Also the young girls working were not friendly in any sense of the word. Sadly, this will be our last visit.
The sign said they closed at 8 pm., I entered at 7:45 and they had already put the food away. It seemed like the workers wanted to get out early. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
