Pho was good with lots of fresh add-ons; eggrolls looked and tasted like they were a week old. The restaurant itself is lacking in character and is difficult to get to unless you're travelling north on 4th. The waitress was completely disengaged and ignored my suggestions that the eggrolls were stale, cold and inedible. Won't return.. We were visiting from Colorado for the weekend, and stopped in with a party of 8. The staff were happy to put tables together for us, and overall were very accommodating for a large part on short notice. Overall the broth was just okay, but the meat and noodles were great. While this is far from the best pho I've had, the staff and overall experience was good and I'd happily stop by again if I were in town! Very flavor full food and some good options to choose from. Mild to burning spice levels available or adjust yourself with sauces on the table. Service is good with a slight language barrier issue. Came in for an early lunch on my way through. Service was fast and curious and the soup was amazing! Wish we had something this good where I live. The food was excellent. We ordered the BBQ rolls and #10 & #12 pho. The food arrived and after that we were not checked on again til long after we were ready for take home containers. I love my pho spicy so I keep cold drink nearby, which was an ultimate let down when I realized I wasn't getting the iced tea I ordered nor was a refill on water coming. I know the waitress is a sweetie, I can tell by her smile that she cares, but it might be wise to staff for volume when needed. We might just get take out next time.

Out of the years we went here, lately it’s been disappointing food quality and care of the restaurant. I am asian and we know old rice when you can smell it going bad! Even our daughter could smell that sour smell. When I approached the server all I got was no reaction and said no more rice. Even the quality of meat is poor. I don’t hash out as much but definitely not worth coming back. It’s ashamed we paid $45 for our dinner without empathy from the worker(s) or apology!! Very good pho and bun! The broth was delicious. Large portions with an appropriate price. The inside was lovely and all the fixings and utensils were at each table. I will be back!
