Excellent Pho place! Came here for dinner while on a work trip. I was very promptly seated and given a menu. Even the menus are great in this place! In many restaurants I've visited lately, the menus are just printer paper, or they're old and beat up. Here they are made VERY well and just feel quality. It may not seem like much, but it always helps to start out with a clean, nice menu. I ordered a Thai iced tea (one of my favorite drinks) and the P1 special Pho bowl. It came out very quickly and was amazing! All the tables have all of the Condiments you could want: Chili oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, etc. Even the small bowl was PLENTY of food for me, and I tend to eat a lot. Overall the place was very clean and it was an enjoyable dining experience with stellar service. I would definitely come back here. First time eating a great bowl of Pho noodle soup here. The broth was a complex layer of tendon with beef and fat and deeply rich and full of complimentary herbs and served hot. Comes with typical sides of Thai basil and white bean sprouts, jalapeños slices and lime. I got the P1 special (I hope I got that right). It came with the following proteins: meatballs, brisket, rare beef. Also has tendon and tripe as well. As we all know once the stuff is mixed in with your favorite hot sauces it becomes magic in your mouth. Everything comes together perfectly. The place is clean and the service was cordial and pleasant. The bonus is they charge half the price for a to-go cup of beef broth than Pho Van in Spokane. This has become a great new place to have Pho outside of Spokane. Worth every drop and slurp!

By far the best Pho in the area! The broth is delicious and is just as good as the ones I've had in Seattle! Love all their food! The small size is very filling! Stopped here for lunch and had the Beef Pho (P1). The broth was great, super flavorful and rich. I can't wait to go back, but next time I will order the large, because it has extra beef. Love love love this restaurant. Delicious pho. I've been here several times and I always get P1 Combination. Portion sizes are generous. The small size always leaves me feeling full and satisfied. Only small complaint is that one time I got an iced Vietnamese coffee and it was 10% liquid and 90% ice. Just a few sips and it was gone. I won't be getting the coffee again. Delicious pho and Vietnamese coffee! This place is fast, friendly, and good. They were welcoming and ready to assist. Aesthetics was amazing. Definitely feel welcomed. The server is an amazing and nice guy. We felt part of the family. We started with shrimp spring rolls and it was great. The peanut sauce was too thick but good. THE COFFEE WITH CONDENSE MILK! OMG. We had one with good and one to go. We ate the P1 small size and it was fulfilling. We are from Washington but next time we are in Idaho again, we will be stopping!

3 of us went for dinner, and everyone had something different, but all dishes were well prepared and tasty. Fernando and Anne were our service staff and bith were knowledgeable and friendly. No one rushed us to order or eat, which was great. It was our first time eating Vietnamese, and we will definitely be back to this restaurant.
