Although I haven't been into the shop, I can only imagine that the Atmosphere matches the calm and pleasing demeanor of the co-owner that I had the pleasure of meeting today. The cookies themselves are amazing! Their Snickerdoodles are now my #1 go to.
On a side note...the co-owner was in my place of employment, which deals with the public, taxes and automobiles. She was pleasant, patient and very understanding. And AFTER waiting for her turn for over 2 hours, she left after conducting her business, AND THEN came back with cookies for me and my coworkers---who were all very touched by such a gesture. So....Thank You Penny and Pearl's! You gained some cookie-eating customers today!

These cookies are great. Nothing wrong with them one bit. love them actually. We have recently stopped going there (we used to be in there every week) until they started acting like my mother was an inconvenience. Do they know she has dementia? no. But she needs a little longer making choices and the older lady up front makes her feel like she was being a burden. No one was in the store any of these times but us. This is something she used to look forward to. She enjoyed picking her cookies out. Plus with all your rotations it’s a little hard for me to order ahead for her. You made her feel worthless
Now, this time, my fiancé went to get her some cookies and was turned away when there was plenty of cookies left and others on the rack. Seemingly because it was close to closing time.
I and we have spent too much money in there over the years. Its the same lady and I am assuming the person reading this review will know "who" she is. But if you don’t it’s Nancy.

Amazing cookies. This is our new favorite spot. Haven’t had a bad cookie here. We love trying new flavors but always make sure to grab a few classic chocolate chips no matter what!

This place is Cookie Heaven. Perfect texture: gooey in the middle and crispy on the edges. Words and photos cannot do them justice. I've tried the Creme Brulee, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Potato Chip, and Key Lime Pie cookies, as well as the Lemon Bar. All scrumptious. Warm and welcoming service both times I've been. What a gem! 💯

Great selection of fresh, delicious cookies! Such a great variety. I really enjoyed the creme brulee, and the chocolate chip. They have something for everyone. The staff was friendly and service was fast. There are some tables inside to sit and enjoy.

The best cookies in town. Better than Insomnia, better than Please & Thank You, better than Crumbl. Simply the best. Got a birthday cookie cake and I will probably never get a birthday cake anywhere else again. They have great sandwich cookies too which are my favorite, particularly the salted caramel pretzel 🥨

WOW WOW WOW. Almost every cookie I have is disappointing. They can’t get the balance of crunchy/soft correct or sweet/TOO sweet right. Not here. The most perfect cookie I’ve ever tasted. I had 6 different flavors and all were outstanding. I actually came back and ordered the GF cookies. (Call and give them about an hr for those) HOLY COW!!! BEST GLUTEN FREE COOKIE EVER. First time a gluten free item I’ve purchased out didn’t taste like it was lacking/not given as much love/attention in its creation. I will not buy a cookie anywhere else and I WILL BE BRINGING MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HERE FOR MORE COOKIES !!!! ❤️🍪❤️🍪❤️

Amazing cookies. It's Day 3 since we got them and still tastes so good. Got a dozen to try the different flavours. Creme brule takes the cup. Service is excellent.
