Best pizza I have found in the area! Carefully curated and delicious pies with a thoughtfully crafted menu. You can tell every ingredient is of quality and house made. The dough is light, chewy and has the perfect amount of char which just enhances its flavor. The pistachio is a must-try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Fantastic pizza and worth the wait. The crust has a great crisp but is also light. The sauce is to die for and the cheeses are so savory. Cool vibe here too. Loved it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time. Pepperoni with hot honey and jalapenos. The crust is phenomenal, light, airy, and crunchy. The amount of pepperoni was just right. They let you know that It may be colder inside during the winter if you are sitting to eat, very considerate. Small area, but comfortable. All in all, had some great pie that I would not hesitate to go back for another. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Crust of my dreams. Eggplant & Olive = 10/10! Spendy but worth it. Also, excited they have vegan cheese (for future reference). The hype is real…this is amazing pizza. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best pizza in town by far. Thin crispy crust. Not too greasy or heavy. We had a normal pep and a vegan cheese pep and the vegan cheese option was very good, better than a lot of other places we have tried. Can't wait to go back and try one of their white pizzas! Glad we have such a delicious pizza spot! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best pizzas around. The pepperoni w/ jalapeños & hot honey slaps. Prices are fair given the quality and quantity. If you are not paying close attention you will drive or walk right by, they could use some better signage, but they are worth the effort to find. Tight menu which is always a indication of quality. Online ordering is great. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time trying this new pizza place. We ordered a large cheese pizza and something completely different ....the pistachio and pickled Fresno. Both were fantastic. We also try to slice of their homemade cheesecake. It was delicious. Service was amazing. In fact, the person who took our order recommended the pistachio and pickled Fresno option. We are glad we listened! We will definitely return to enjoy some more amazing pizza! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is it - this is the pizza I've been looking for my whole life but didn't know it existed until I found it. The crust is perfectly airy and light while retaining a toothsome chew, and has the *slightest* tang due to thr 72 hour fermentation process. The char on the crust is both a feature and a bonus - it offers a multitude of flavors and textures! Peng's red pies satisfy that immaculate old world taste coupled with pizzaiolo Chris and team's deft touch in the oven. The white pies, such as the pistachios and pickles red Fresno, are a true testament to his sensibilities as a true master. This is the best pizza I've ever had no matter which style I've had. We heard great things about Peng's so made the drive from Portland on a Friday night to check it out. Unfortunately when we walked in we were abrasively told that they were only doing takeout orders and we were not allowed to eat in their indoor dining area even though all the tables were available, without an explanation. Not wanting to eat a takeout pizza in our car in 20° weather we decided to move on. It would have been nice if you had posted that Friday night you are not allowed to eat inside. I was at a singer songwriter night at a cool bohemian joint in downtown Biddeford and they had pizza there from Peng's. I don't know their background or philosophy re pizza making but I'll tell you these were extremely good slices. Just fantastic flavor, good crunch, really a cut above. One of the slices had pistachios and interesting medium mild peppers in it, and I loved it. I'd call it a boutique version of very good northeastern US pizza. Food: 5
