Ordered a birthday cake the decorations are beautifully done BUT the price for the size does not fit. $43 for a quarter sheet tiny single layer is ridiculous. Very disappointed, will never order a cake from here again. This used to be my go to store but not anymore. I live down the street and would rather go elsewhere where items are priced fairly. And cakes match the price.

This grocery store was better when it was Vons, even though Pavilions is supposed to be higher end. They raised the prices, but the checkers are just ok, they aren't that helpful, the sale prices were mislabeled, or didn't show up at check out, and the selection is small. I do not recommend this store, just drive a little further into town for a real grocery store!

Terrible service at Deli consistently. 4 of us waiting and one person helping. I asked if anyone else could come to help and response was everyone is on a break.
I complained to Manager and he said he can’t get people to work. Never an I’m sorry for your bad experience.
It is always that way at the Deli!

Great little store! Nice variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as made to order sandwiches. Parking was a bit of an issue but finally found a spot.

I love this Vons turned into a Pavillion! The deli and bakery selection turned from average to choice. It's worth a stop to check out the selections. They have their brand up to top notch. Some people may think they are pricey but there are added discounts. Join the app and you get extra savings. You can get gas discounts and sometimes free items. Today I got 4 12 oz. cheese blocks for .90 cents each!

It would be great if your store started stocking more ground chicken. On three occasions in the past 2 weeks you have been sold out, and you only alot space for 2-3 packs on your shelf whereas ground turkey has space for 30-40 packs. I am happy to see the self checkout though, as this location has struggled with checkout speeds during the covid pandemic.

Love this little store! They have the freshest fruit and meats. I love going here for my fruits and veggies. Also to get my meats and a few other things. They have some of the nicest homemade stuff in the front that’s honey and jellies I love to get while I’m there. The people there are nice or very good interesting. The cashiers are the best especially Monique she is the friendliest and always helps me beyond what she needs to. I appreciate her and she is always a wonder face to see when I go. I make sure to get in her line so I can see her lovely smile and say hi. This is one of the best stores in Santa Barbara we just need to keep it our secret 🥰.

Great Vons location in beautiful Montecito!
Worth reviewing because of their alcohol section. So much variety of beverages to choose from and especially reliable given the prime location on Coastal Village Road. Definitely a spot I came back to multiple times, and they even have some local selections with generous sales pricing on every visit.

I'm quite happy with this vons overall. The departments are quite well stocked and everything is kept clean and nice. The best part about this one is that it has a wounderful wine and beer section on the side and a pretty good selection to choose from. The only downside is that theirs usually a few crazy transients outside at night.

This Vons has actually improved over the last 3 years, although there are some really fantastic people in the back end.. the cashiers are consistently rude to myself and family, the deli is a joke and headed by an older Latina known as Margarita.whom hates her customers and her job with a passion..she goes out and f her way to make sure your having a miserable experience; then there's the produce department which is hit and miss..half the staff in produce is very disrespectful truly and machismo ..they will not help you if your 75 year old Jewish man..but will halp if your a female...my family has chosen Not to shop here as a primary store location. Moreover, the checkers are entitled and rude..I'm fascinated the executives of Vons allow these managers run this store..my biggest problem is the rampant racism and distespect due to my age and color of my skin...
