Such a gem! The place is very cute and cosy. Prices are very fair. The coffee also was good. But best of all was the cake oh mijn god never had a cake with chocolate and pistacchio as good as here. I had to ask the name of the girl making the cakes because she’s an absolute master: thank you Sacha 🙏🏻 cake boss for all intents! They were also very kind and smiling, was a pleasure to come here! Previously left a positive review. But today's experience was terrible. Today we walked around the neighborhood trick or treating for Halloween and the kids insisted on going to Patagonia as it was their favourite place for ice cream (we've been regular customers for over 5 years). There were 5 kids aged between 2-5 years old - all dressed up in their cute Halloween costumes. When they went to the store trick or treating, the rude lady said 'we don't work this way. It's not even Halloween today". - as though we were expecting free food for all kids. A tiny taster spoon of ice cream or some chocolate sprinkles would have made the kids' day. If not, a simple sorry kids with a smile would have been enough. Treating the children as though they were intruders was completely unnecessary - especially when they've been paying customers almost every week for years. I wonder if they would have reacted this way if the children were white instead of brown. A big chunk of your customer base is from the expat community. If you can't see that and be a bit open minded about celebrations that are from other cultures, it's really a shame. Just to be clear - the kids were participating in an Amstelveen wide Halloween event. It was scheduled on the weekend so that it's convenient for most kids. If you don't know that your regular customers of 5 years aren't looking for free food but just want to include you in their festivities something is very very wrong. Obviously, neither of the 3 families will be going back to Patagonias.

Delicious Argentinian ice cream shop! They also have a variety of Argentinian products such as alfajores de maicena and some really good empanadas. They have “dulce de leche granizado” ice cream, one of the most popular flavors in Argentina. Staff is very friendly and prices are affordable. I will definitely come back for more!

The best ice cream in the Netherlands so far! Big portions and good prices. They have a big variety of dairy ice cream as well as sorbet ice cream. The neighborhood is pleasant and calm.

This is our favourite cute cafe from the neighborhood. We live hot chocolate and the variety of cakes & pastries esp persian cake which I found only here, till now.

My daugthers and I love to visit Patagonias. Ladies whom work there are super friendly and always smiling at us. And they have lots of healthy choices of Gelato ..and also Sobet .. Most importantly , they have " no sugar" added opption too. On top of icecream, they also have very good & delicous Tiramitsu.. don't missed it.

Nice store with a lot of variety in ice cream, you can get a saving card but it's stamped if your purchase goes over 5 euros . Most of the time the staff is polite but some immediately switch to English as soon as they hear a foreigners accent who is trying to speak Dutch. If the customer continues in dutch it's not polite to resist in English. But overall great ice cream and store!
