Thé dishes that we have order is lovely, we did enjoy it and if this restaurant is close to my house in uk , I would love to go there every week. Service man do speak English and also they have English manu for us to look too, so no problem at all with it. You can order and pay by your phone or just go the counter if easier. Dined in alone and felt right at home because of a wonderful lady waitress who served me with a smile and was so welcoming. Pity I didn’t get her name to compliment publicly but she was petite and had slightly highlighted hair. Food and coffee was so delicious too. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a wonderful dining experience at Pastafabrikken in the center of Tromsø. They offer a variety of pasta dishes as well as burgers. Ordering through a QR code was convenient, and the food was prepared quickly and delivered to the table promptly. Absolutely delicious meal! The bolegnese was incredible. Garlic bread was amazing! The service was top notch. Understanding that the world is changing and ordering from the QR code online was truly no big deal! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for fellow tourists! I went here as I was craving pasta. The menu looked good. We ordered a white/ mushroom sauce pasta with chicken and mushrooms. I was unable to finish it as the sauce was so watery and tasted weird. We tried many different restaurants in Tromso and this was so far the worst experience. I would definitely not recommend. The restaurant is a nice looking place and also the food looks great, that’s why we did an online reservation (day before it was fully booked and we could not get a table spontaneously). This was a very positive sign for us. Unfortunately the receptionist was very unfriendly to us during the whole visit. The restaurant was half occupied, but we needed to wait >40min for the ordered food. When finally received, the food was tasting basically very neutral (we had pasta).
