The pizza tasted OK, but was poorly constructed. My order included Italian sausage, and had breakfast sausage instead. They didn't use a proofer on the dough so the pizza bubbled badly. I also ordered it with extra cheese, which don't think made it on to the pizza. On a 12" pie, there were toppings on maybe 8" of it. I liked the crust. It was hot and had a nice tooth. I may give them another shot, but probably not.

This place was great! We stopped in for lunch and was treated to the lunch special of any 8" pizza + salad of our choosing.
The service was outstanding and the first thing I noticed about the food was all the super fresh ingredients.
I had the 'Kitchen Sink' pizza and the italian salad and both were outstanding.
Great ambiance and lots of local and interesting beers on tap.
We'll DEFINITELY be back! Well done Pappos!
Loved it! 32 beers on tap but none are domestic. Tried the thin crust GOAT pizza and it was so good. Crostini was yummy too. We also got the silciian too (not pictured) and a take n bake six pack of brown butter cookies that look so good.
Will definitely be back.

Good pizza. Good cookies. Good service. I saw this place one day shopping at HyVee and had to check it out. Didn’t get the lunch special but that’s a GREAT deal. Location was nice. The bar was nice and I believe they have over 30 craft beers. Will be back for more.

Absolute spur of the moment decision to stop by here with my "American" Grandma, who lives nearby🥰, as we drove past. This spot is obviously new, as we've never noticed it on the rear of Cedar Creek mall before May this year.
Because it was a sudden choice to check out the place, I was hoping for some bar food options. There were more pizza options on the menu (which is understandable as they are, in fact, a pizzeria), so we just both got salads.
I initially requested the breaded eggplant. However, they were out of stock of eggplant for a month, our server had mentioned. I'd remove it from the menu temporarily if it's been out for a while, yes?
For a bar, Redbull sugar-free is pretty common, so I'm hoping they'd start carrying that option soon, too.
Atmosphere: Clean, immaculate kitchen ( I could see through the swinging doors each time they'd open), which for a pizzeria/pub operating for 2 months is impressive. Clean floors, counters tables, etc. Please stay this way, PaPPo's!
Service: Top notch. Smiles, clear calm voice, explained options, checked on us within reasonable intervals, owner visit to table speaks volumes to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the place.
Food: Grandma said hers was delicious. I had subbed for a basic ceaser when they didn't have my first option available, so I barely "ate" mine.
Price: Reasonable
Perhaps on a next visit, I'll discover more about the menu, in terms of gluten-free or vegetarian.
Safe food selections were made today, but I'll definitely have an updated review for a follow-up visit😆.
If you're in Lee's Summit ( or not lol), this is a great spot for hanging with the family, watching a game with buddies, chatting with groups outside in veranda, or even for a date. Go support this promising venue😉👊💪🙌

So happy to finally have a local PaPPo’s! I’ve missed the awesome pizza. Tonight we had 2 pizzas 1) the Lone-star BBQ chicken pizza and the big island Hawaiian. We started with the appetizer of mozzarella &tomato crustini the. Finished with the pizzookie!
Absolutely delicious! Better than any other pizza places in the Lee’s Summit MO area. They have 32 flavors of craft beer. You can sit inside inside or outside at the patio! Come help them celebrate the new opening! Come join the PaPPo’s family!
Wide selection of pizzas. Pizza choices are numerous, or you can build your own from a wide selection of toppings. Sandwiches and appetizers look good. Found a pizza bowl that you build with your choices of meat and vegetables, even seasoned your way. Had a wide selection of beers on tap. Our first visit but won't be our last.

We were a party of 6… Order = 2 pizzas
No napkins. No Forks. We asked for napkins and forks. He brought 4 napkins???
He brought 1 wrapped fork???
Red beer was FLAT - “0” Zero carbonation.
We asked and received 1 different less expensive beer, but we’re billed for Original higher priced beer.
.
Male server was very busy but these indiscretions were very basic server tasks!
.
We will give them another chance in the future. I still tipped 20%!

Food was okay. The Kitchen Sink pizza and Garlic Cheese bread were made fresh, though lacking somewhat in flavor for my personal taste. Slightly plain tasting. Service was decent. We were sat promptly and our order was taken without too much of a wait. The waitress replaced my wife’s water with a lemonade at one point, oops. No big deal though. Atmosphere was slightly loud and crowded feeling, depends on what your preferences are. Overall, wasn’t super impressed, but they did an OK job.

Great local pizza that has a unique crust unlike every other pizza joint. Cool atmosphere with big screens and well stocked bar and beer on tap selection. Friendly and welcoming service.
