Employees are literally brain dead. Also they wanted to charge an extra 2 dollars if I swapped pepperoni for tomatoes on a kids make it your own. How do you charge for down grading from an expensive protein to cheap vegetable. And honestly it’s not even that, it’s the brain dead delivery of how they approach the situation.

I'm here every Friday on my way home from work. Xlny 9.99 special is awesome. Throw on whatever toppings you want at home and cook that bad boy up.

Joanna and her whole staff are really nice. The pizza and sides served here are great. Normally, when I walk in they already know my order and they start working On it instantly. I never have to wait. I'm never disappointed with this store. I'm always greeted with a smile and I believe they do their best to please the customer.
Poor customer service. I placed an online order at 11:00 am to be picked up at 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:45 and they had no pizza and couldn’t find where I placed the order. There was no apology just a “rude demand” that I show proof. I had the proof, an email. They then proceeded to blame other employees that were not there for the mistake. Upon arriving at home I realized that 1 pizza was missing 2 of the ordered and paid for, ingredients. When I called to see if my daughter could just come by and get a corrected pizza I was told that I had to leave my home, and drive back to the store to prove that they had made an error, and that I wasn’t just trying to get a free pizza. You’ve got to be kidding me. How is this considered customer service?
Ordered online. 1 pizza and 3 salads -prepaid. Email said to pick up at 5:10 pm. I arrived on time and the pizza was made but it didn't have my name on it and no one knew about the salads. I had to wait while they made the salads canceling out the convenience of ordering online. While making the salads they had to get more cheese from the cooler in the back kitchen. The young man put the lid from the large cheese tray on the sneeze guard canceling any sanitation for future customers. He put it back on the cheese tray. The pizza was great - as always.
Walked in to place an order. Woman at the counter took my order, I paid. She didn’t take my name, she didn’t give me a ticket number, nothing. Stood back and waited with my kid in my arms - watched people walk in and get their order almost immediately. Happened twice so I asked where my food was... surprise, no one had entered my order in to the system.
To my frustration, the same woman who took my order had her own family come in and made their pizzas on the spot. My paid and ordered food still didn’t exist at this point. This happened today, 3/25/21 around 5PM.
I’ll be reaching out to Geoff Melkjorsen, owner of the franchise, about this level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.
I’d avoid this location until services can be brought up to standard.
Never, ever go to this store. First, they never have our order when we order online. Then today, I place the order and they actually got it online this time. But, the”manager” said they are out of all cheese bread and will not be making anymore since they close at 8pm. Then magically, the “manager” decided she was the owner when I wanted to complain since there is always a problem with this store. And this manager or owner (whatever she was) did not even care that I said she will never get our business again. She literally said “good”. Seriously. What an absolute rude b***h. Never will go there again. And I will let everyone I know not to go there either.
