If I could give it 6 stars for a rating I would. The store manager was working alone when my son and I came in for the Halloween shape pizzas. She was overly helpful and very friendly. She had been short staffed and had to work all day. It was a great experience. We were laughing and talking about the different pizzas. I would definitely recommend going to the Papa Murphys in Lee's Summit just off 50hwy. I have been there twice with my dad and have had very good experiences. Cindy was super funny and friendly each time. We have ordered two family pizzas each time, and each time have had fantastic meals. Can't really beat their prices for how large the pizza is that you get. Also these reviews complaining about the pizza being raw are funny to me, it's like they have never seen a papa murphy's ad, or read any of the signage, or even the name on their google maps listing. The whole point is that you get cheap but fantastic pizza at the downside of having to put it in your oven for 20 minutes. If that's a deal breaker, go to Dominoes. Came in here with my sister a few minutes before closing to order 2 pizzas. Girl with purple hair that was working here had a MAJOR attitude and did not seem very friendly. She clearly was not happy that we were there. This was my first time here, and if this is the kind of experience I have to look forward to at a Papa Murphys, then it will most definitely be the last time. If you hate your job THAT much, then I suggest searching for a different one. If you want to gain my business, FRIENDLINESS is key. I would’ve rather gone to a Papa John’s or Dominoes. Stuffed pizza The Big Murphy.. and WOW!! If you love crust, this is your baby. We got it without the green peppers and threw some extra cheese on it before we stuffed it in the oven. Been a long time since I've had Papa Murphys.. in my opinion, it beats any mainstream pizza chain that delivers (or at least this pizza did). Very impressed to say the least!

I have ordered Papa Murphys for years. This location twice. On the second order, the pizza floated in grease. I wasn't really paying attention and put it in the oven. After a bit, the house was filling with smoke. Took out the grease soaked pizza and threw it away. Still grease on the bottom of the pan. Couple nights later, I was using my oven. Apparently the grease had dripped into the bottom of the oven and started a fire. This happened in December. I call this location and supposedly spoke to the manager. The lady stated this is above her and have someone contact me. Corporate referred me to store. Well, it is February 13th and still no response.

I guess this was just poor knowledge on my part but I had called to place an order over the phone. I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes so I assumed that meant it would be cooked. When I got there nothing was made. I then waited another 20 minutes to be handed cold food? I didn’t know that the place only served cold food. I then asked for a refund after paying cash after I was under the assumption that the food would be cooked. I guess they also don’t do refunds without a manager.
