My family and I decided that we would order pizza to be delivered for dinner, I should have asked around or read reviews for myself before choosing this place! I will NEVER order from this particular store again. The complaints go on and on… For one, we tip cash and NEVER tip on our receipt (especially not until we receive our food). The delivery driver had the audacity to call me to ask if I was tipping (extremely rude if you ask me). I live less than 2 miles away so I don’t know why our food would not be warm at the least, and our pizzas weren’t cut! Huge disappointment, lesson learned!!! Apparently there are several people who have issues with this store and also with this particular delivery driver and yet NOTHING has been done about the complaints. I’ve had my pizza’s delivered and I’ve picked them up for decades. I’ve never had an issue. Yesterday, I picked up my large, single topping (spicy sausage) thin crust pizza and loved it! I just recently started ordering thin crust to reduce the gluten. If you use your app and pick up, it’s only $7.99 before tax. Unfortunately have to update this to a not so good review. If someone puts a certain pickup time that does NOT mean have it ready a half hour before their selected time, as my last few pizzas were cold by the time we could pickup and I've been paying for extra cheese only to be able to see the dough still. The Manager on day shift that worked 12.17.23 needs to be replaced. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been managing restaurants for 22 years. I understand if you have complications and or problems with ordering systems but customers don’t know this and to come at me like you did and tell me if me and everyone else would stop bothering you you could find out what’s going on is the wrong approach. Never going to this location again. My best friend, her husband and I were talking about ordering Papa John's and their 6 year old son grabbed the phone ran off and called them. Adrian from papa johns answered and was telling our son she's his worst nightmare and she hopes he dies. We called back and asked to speak to a manger and the same person who told their son this claimed to be the manger. Super unprofessional staff and this will be getting passed along to corporate!!

Not impressed with my delivery tonight. Took 1 hour, 10 minutes to deliver after ordered and given a 35-45 minute wait time. Also noticed it was delivered DoorDash and not by Papa Johns employee. Pizza was not HOT and only lukewarm. Checked temperature and it was at 118. Will not order from this location for delivery but I might give them another shot for pick up only to see if they can redeem themselves.

Order a large pepperoni pizza. Woke up the next day the whole house was had diarrhea. The only one that didn’t was my 8 year because he was in bed. Unless you want your house to fight over the bathrooms don’t eat here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
