Really nice restaurant in the city center of Bodø. Right on the main square. Only a few minutes walk from the port and the train station. The 7 course meal is incredible, with a really good variation of tastes. Everything from fish tacos to steam buns. The menu also changes very often, depending on the season. Speaking as a thirtysomething born and bred Bodø native: This is probably the best dining experience you can get in town these days. I highly recommend the six course set menu with the wine pairing; great produce, delicious flavours and equally good wines throughout. Highlights from our dinner included the halibut ceviche and asparagus tacos. The staff is both attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal while retaining a clear sense of style. Fantastic value for money as well. Superb fusion taste combos! We went for the 4-dish set menu with accompanying wines. Perfect matching even with allergies and intolerances. Friendly and helpful staff and overall vibe made the evening maximally enjoyable. Fantastisk food in the middle of Bodø! Tried the Bao buns and Korean chicken, both amazing dishes! The service could have been better, although they were superfriendly they didn't check in often enough. All in all a good experience! We had an hour to grab food between a ferry and I’m so glad we found this place. I’m vegetarian and was happy to find an option other than pizza or a veggie burger. Just ask- one of the workers gave me several vegetarian custom options on their menu and the food was delicious! Even though at first sight their menu did not seem veggie friendly after the customizations it was one of the best veggie meals I’ve had during my time in Norway. They have local beer options as well that are fun to try.

The ceviche is fantastic! It’s a perfect melody of salt and vinegar with spices and a crunchy topping atop a solid amount of shrimp. Really good starter before having the Smash Burger. The burger is juicy with a saucy sweetness that penetrates your soul. Vibes are really on point too. Pangea is an excellent choice to make - especially as a geologist picking a restaurant based on name along (supercontinent Pangea?!?!?)

My husband said this was the best meal he had in Norway. The food was delicious and very high quality. I had a grilled cheese with mushrooms and a kimchi on the side. The kimchi was the best I've ever had. My husband had some kind of meat dish and loved it. The flavor combinations are creative but work well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very pricey for the street foods. The Pastor Skewer costs 165 but served with only two sticks. Disappointed ☹️
