About
Many people point out that waiters serve tasty bagels here. Visitors don't like cheese sandwiches and latte at this cafe. Most reviewers mention that employees are nice here. The lovely atmosphere will be a good addition to tasty food and good location of Panera Bread. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I ordered my favorite seasonal salad - the strawberry poppyseed with chicken salad. Every year I wait for Panera Bread to bring this salad back. It is one of the tastiest salads ever. The portion size is very good. The salad is extremely fresh. My coworkers had the pizza and a Caesar salad with chicken. They fully enjoyed their food as well. Even my baguette was delicious. The only downfall was the lemonade drinks that we had were not as tasty. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Went in to get my sip club drink. I go to a kiosk and order like normal then go up to the front register to ask for a cup. The only person there is a small teenage girl with long dark hair. Didn’t get her name but I think if I just said she was wearing an entire bottle of lipgloss they could guess who it was. She was very visibly on her phone and stayed there scrolling for a good 15 seconds before looking up and acknowledging my presence. As if it’s the worst inconvenience in the world she closes out of her apps shuts off her phone and very slowly shuffles over to me. Says not one word and has nothing but a blank expression on her face the entire time. I ask nicely for a large cup and say thank you when she hands it to me. Again, she said absolutely nothing during this exchange. I then Watch as she returns to her phone. After I fill my drink I look at her one more time and see her very quickly put her phone away and rush to start stocking at the drink station when she sees someone in what I think was a red shirt come out of the kitchen, I assume a manager? Stop hiring children!!!
I come here a few times a week. The iced coffee is much better now that they put it in the clear container. Staff is mostly nice but I hate having to track someone down for a cup since they keep them behind the counter now. The floor is sticky a lot of times. But the bread bowls are delicious! They absolutely never get my order right. They always run out of ingredients. Give me an entirely different sandwich. Old, soggy vegetables. This is by far the worst panera I have ever been to. Absolutely atrocious attention to detail. It's not worth the cost at all. I have always loved panera and it's just a huge disappointment. Love the staff. Very friendly and the atmosphere is the best out of several locations I've been to. Food is tasty but Panera can do better with the amount they give you. If you want a hot sandwich then go somewhere else. I ordered the ham and Gouda toasted baguette and specifically asked if the sandwich was served hot because I'm pregnant and can't eat cold cuts unless they're warmed up. The cashier told me that it was served hot. The sandwich came out and was completely ice cold. But the cheese was melted. So a little upset I go to the front and tell the manager that I had assumed the sandwich would be hot. All she said was that the sandwich with the meat definitely went through the oven. Ok great but it's still ice cold. So she agrees to make me a frontega chicken sandwich. Another that is supposed to be served hot. After waiting another 15 minutes for my remake. It finally comes out and guess what, freezing cold. At this point my husband is done eating his lunch and I'm just ready to go home. So he goes up and the manager is no where to be found. So he grabs a box for my cold sandwich and we end up going home to heat it up. Absolutely ridiculous Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
This location is abysmal and that’s an understatement. My orders have been wrong the last 3 out of 4 trips…it’s unbelievable. However, the main bright spot at this location is that the manager Nikita was extremely professional and swiftly rectified the issue that I’d experienced yesterday. I understand that there’s a labor shortage and I’m trying to extend some grace to this staff, but they truly need to do better overall. There are too many inconsistencies in items received (ordering the same drink and receiving a different recipe depending on who’s making it), quality of certain ingredients (like frequently serving unripe avocado which is basically not consumable), and plain order inaccuracy. Going to keep my fingers crossed about this location improving the quality of its service, but I’m not too confident. The location on Cloverdale Ave is MUCH better.

The wait times for drive-thru at this panera are consistently longer than other locations. Prices are ridiculous too. The prices on the drive-thru sign are not accurate so I ended up paying $2 more than I was expecting for a tiny, 8oz smoothie. It cost more than my subway sandwich. Service is good though. Clean your drink nozzles. Remove them at night and soak them properly how you are supposed to. They will produce mold and mildew and cause people to be sick. Hence, the black stuff in the bottom of my cup. It was not in my cup prior to bc I looked. Service Take out
This newer location is roomy and light. Everything was perfect (except for a menu kiosk that didn't readily accept our credit card). 😅 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Broccoli Cheddar Soup
