Not all Panera Bread experiences are great, and a lot has to do with the location, management, and workers' attitudes. That being said, I was greeted warmly with a smile, and how may I help you! I placed a to go order as did a gentleman and a young couple in front of him. The Panera kitchen staff quickly filled each order one by one. In less than 6 minutes from walking in, I was walking back out with my order. Very good service. All those memes of workers on their phone at work & ignoring the customer I always thought was amusing and over exaggerated until coming to this location. The girl at the register was ON HER PHONE and didn't bother looking up while I waited for her to notice me. I finally spoke up asking if I could order and everything else went pretty great, minus the lack of greeting customer service. I noticed another girl on her phone just hanging out behind the counter. I understand. I worked in the food service industry & understand the slow periods (like it was when I was there) are boring as heck but they shouldn't be on their phone where the customer can see. Either go hide in the back or go to the restroom. Poor management letting the younger generation get away with being on their phone in plain view. Going to hurt those girls (and I am assuming other employees, if these two are so obvious) carrier life's as they get older if they aren't disciplined now. Everything was good overall. My husband and I went there to get some French onion soup and that was wonderful but they provide plastic spoons to eat with. The spoons cut both my husband and my mouth. Food was great. Service was excellent. After a long morning at the hospital, took mom for lunch. My only complaint is to enter the store there is no break in the curb for a walker or wheelchair. That is the engineers fault, not the people who work there, of course. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the steak and arugula sandwich for lunch today. It was wonderful! What a great healthy sandwich. I would love to know what they do to their onions. They were sweet like they had been marinated in dressing or something. Yummy! Very fresh too! It was my first time eating at this location. I haven't eaten at Panera in a couple of years.

The public bathrooms are FILTHY!! Right there for the entire world to see. Really makes you wonder what the kitchen is like behind the closed doors!! Don’t go after 7:45 PM they pack up all the pastries and sit there until closing.

i came to do some studying and wanted to get a coffee (it’s very cold) and something sweet. I am SO glad that i looked in the window before ordering any desserts because there was a roach crawling through the desserts. this is so unfortunate. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I worked here for 4 months and I saw roaches daily. Roaches crawl on, in, and around the pastries. Me and my manager watched a roach crawl on some cookies and then crawl into the cinnamon rolls. I asked her if I could throw all the affected pastries away and she said I couldn't because the display has to look full but that she wouldn't sell it - except not even 5 minutes later I watched her sell them to a family with a smile on her face. There are baby roaches in the sink as well. I don't know how bad the kitchen is because I didn't work in it, though I did find a roach in my bread once. Here in this picture I took you'll see a roach right next to the sanitation rating. Doesn't seem very sanitary to me!
