February 29th my daughter and myself stopped in to use a school gift certificate up👍The place is very nice and relaxing. We ran into some longtime friends, which I haven’t seen in a long time which made the experience that much more enjoyable👍my smoky buffalo melt was delicious, and the macaroni and cheese was also delicious and creamy. I went to eat lunch there and I ordered the broccoli cheddar mac and cheese bowl. They gave me a sad bread bowl and the "soup" was only a third of the way full. It took me like 4 scoops to eat it all and was still hungry. Honestly, I was very disappointed because the price was ridiculous compared with what I got. Never going there again. Ordering via tablet was nice since staff was busy cleaning prior to closing. There were no large cups but staff provided two regular sized as a compromise. It was just me so two cups weren’t needed although the gesture was appreciated. Food was great as always. The dressing was well proportioned on the salad. Great selections of flavored tea as well. Ordered Food last year, Turkey Club with a Broccoli cheddar soup. All I got was an incredibly HORRIBLE Sandwich, and didn't get the soup. THe manager said they were training new staff and would give us "Free soup coupons" in the mail, never got them. I'll never be purchasing from Panera ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a large mac and cheese and it was only filled 1/4 of the way and it was 10$ just for mac and cheese for 1/4 away and the kids meal didnt come with a free drink like all kids meal do, im never cming back ever again after that poor portion size. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used to stop weekly at Panera, but the food and service has suffered and now don't even visit monthly. Smaller portions, no consistency and in many cases for as long as it takes to make its usually luke warm, not hot. Add to this list now charged for things previously never charged for. If the quality was to a much higher level, portion size was appropriate and it looked like someone actually cared when preparing the food, necessary price increases would be understandable. It would seem a lackluster shell of their former self being sailed into the rocks by corporate greed and shift management that are not managing staff and training staff properly. Such a shame! Got a to go order and they forgot half the stuff, tried to call and reach out to somebody. Nobody would answer the phone, tried to reach out online and nobody responded. That’s all right there’s plenty of sandwich shops in town, last time we went inside, the place was dirty. Garbages overflowing and tables were disgusting. place must be under new management, because in the last six months to a year it is really gone downhill. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We like to eat at Panera, when traveling, because they always have a great selection for kids and adults alike. This particular restaurant was slightly off highway 20 in Dubuque, but really not hard to find. We placed our order via app about 15 minutes ahead and it was ready when we arrived. Well, sort of... some part of the order was missing, but the issue was quickly resolved. The place is safe and clean, the vegetable sandwiches were yummy. Kids has not finished Mac' n Cheese, which was real cheesy. Overall, we recommend this place for travelers. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I’ve gone through the drive through multiple times and my order has been messed up every time. The drive through cashier is rude and seemed annoyed when I handed my food back to her informing her it wasn’t my order.
