Very nice staff, I love the coffee and drinks bar here and the bread is delicious of course and my favorite salad here is the green goddess Cobb salad, look at how beautiful it is. One thing that I don’t like is dirty places. Every time I visit this location the floors looks dirty and as well the tables. They have a lot of parking because the business is in a mall. Oh yea the have outdoor seats but I don’t think that anyone wants to seat there. Well the picture will tell you a little bit. The service was ok. The building as an overall is falling behind. Don’t pay for delivery !!!!! they sent me a turkey sandwich without the turkey. And a turkey avocado sandwich without the avocado. After spending all that money on delivery. Don’t waste your time with this dump. So then the manager leaves me a message. She called me at 6:54 am on a Sunday. Really???!!! Are you kidding???!! Your intentions were to wake me up and get me all upset again. You said I’ll be here until 2pm. Please call m Ed back about this review. Well!! Just called in there at 10:30 am. Got a really rude girl who won’t give her name. Stating you left for the day. I don’t know what they do but their Panera sandwiches are not the same as other Panera locations. Lower quality and they always get my order wrong. Customized orders doesn’t make anything here so highly suggest not ORDERING from here. Also the restaurant is not clean like other Panera locations. What happened to Panera? Stingy, inhospitable, expensive, slow. Food price:quality ratio is very poor ($35 for two small sand + 1 soup) 2+ person bathrooms but require getting a key from overworked cashier. Out of napkins everywhere, have to ask cooks. Much of clientele is ordering coffee only, probably too $$ to eat here now? Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bagel and coffee as expected. Ordered through kiosk but no one gave me cups, so thought it would come with order. Waited what seemed like a long time for a toasted bagel, when there were few people in the store. Had to go back to front counter to ask for cups. Worst Panera I have ever been to. Panera is a staple stop for me while traveling and I’m so disappointed in this location. The staff was rude, the wait was long, just to find out they were out of stock on what I ordered. I watched everyone get their food that was in front of me in line. I asked the worker at the pick up window if my food was coming soon, she said I needed to pick up my food at the front counter. I told her I did not order online I ordered in store so it should be here. She didn’t have anything for me. I go back to the cashier and asked about my order, she said they don’t serve the item I ordered on weekends. I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me this when I ordered my food to begin with. I paid and waited over 20 minutes for food that was never coming out and no one bothered to tell me. I asked for a refund and the manager was so rude about the situation and begrudgingly gave me a refund. No apology for processes being messed up or me leaving with no food. Avoid this place and go to the Starbucks in the same complex instead. If I could give this zero stars I would.

This might be such a odd thing to leave a review about but I applaud the manager or whoever took the time to decorate this location with coraline themed Halloween decorations im OBSESSED!! My favorite panera bread now lol. Great place to have delicious food. It is huge inside so don't hesitate to bring your family and friends. They have kids' meals too.

They have a gentleman there with long hair (usually in the front) who is the nicest and most helpful guy a Panera has had. One other employee, not so much. Hope she learns a thing or two from him. Overall, a favorite to go to still. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
