The photos you see are customers and working class families being turned away again between 7:45pm and 8pm. They close at 9pm but close early and lock people out of the lobby so they can relax inside. This is NOT the Panda Express you are used to in the U.S. They start closing their doors at 7pm even if their hours say 9pm. If you show up after 7pm you will either be turned away or there will be barely any selection. The employees and managers will guilt you into leaving and you'll feel like you are getting in their way of going home two hours early. I used to go to the location but after a few times of this happening and emailing management and not hearing back its just not worth it. Cook yourself a meal at home or find a local restaurant that will make your food fresh and not guilt you into feeling like you're inconveniencing them. Panda Express deserves to go out of business in Puerto Rico. Don't give them your money. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Caution Panda Ponce Baramaya: On February 20, 2024 at 5:00 pm, I bought a plate of rice, broccoli beef, and pollo zetas. Unfortunately, the broccoli was rotten and the rice was also inedible. I absolutely adore their family dinner box. Not only is it a great amount of food (4-5 people or even more!) But it's as tasty as it is nicely priced. It has 5 smaller boxes inside that are chock-full of food. Quantities are excellent and the taste is great. Delightful.
