Nice brasserie with French inspired dishes. I always choose the salad nicoise or the bouillabaisse which are my favorites. The cod was also tasty. Love the fresh madeleines they serve with the coffee. Atmosphere feels a bit formal… the staff is friendly. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €30–40
Experience there was not a good one at all. Sunday for lunch. Place is really nice though. Great atmosphere and live singer. Food was expensive and average at best. Service was a total disaster. It was a fixed menu and they managed to bring the wrong meal. We also waited for hours. At the end we had a good laugh and hope this was a one time thing only. Guys you need to train your team. 😌 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
Anuk gave us fantastic service at this lovely restaurant in Amstelveen . The food was great and the wine superb . Anuk was attentive and even assisted going the xtra mile in keeping a parcel for a pick up from a friend . Lx Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Very versatile venue. From that special someone to business dinners. The site offers friendly service and various seating options. You can enjoy a nice evening by the water on their terrace or a bit more formal ambiance when to choose indoors. Food is tasty and fresh. For more experiences like this follow @quiquinnv.

Pros: Goat cheese salad with fig is amazing! Steak is tender and the sauce is more french style than dutch style to me, rare but good. Cons: Grilled vegetable is a bit over cooked for me, people who likes soft food might like it a lot. We ordered an iced coffee to star the morning and in the end we was told that iced coffee is 8.50 EUR because they put baileys in it. Other latte was just normal 3.60EUR. I guess they don’t have normal iced coffee….it would be nice to know the iced coffee has alcohol in it before we drink it.

Really nice place. Great atmosphere, great location at the water. We rented the boat with wine and snack service on board. They take you along the river past all the small cute villages. Back in the restaurant we had a room for our group upstairs with a grand round table that fitted probably 15 people. Fantastic atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and professional. Food is delicious and presented with great esthetic care. Highly recommended! The only qualms I'd have is that it's located at a location that's not so easy to reach by public transportation, although that turned out to be much less far than appeared on Google maps. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Nice traditional brasserie. Good food, service okish. Used to be fancier, still good but less special. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €40–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Super friendly service and good view. Went on a rainy day, but can imagine the good view on a warm sunny day! Will be going again.
Avoid. Terrible service and food was very disappointing. We waited 20 minutes for a drinks menu after being seated. We then waited 1 hour for the food. My boyfriend ordered lobster which was €29.50 and it was the size of a shrimp (see pictures) and the side of chips was cold. I ordered the 3 course set menu for €37 but on the bill they decided to charge for each course and it came to €47. The salmon starter was lovely but tiny. The risotto was utterly tasteless. When the dessert came we had no cutlery so just watched the ice cream melt all the while trying to get the attention of the staff who are clearly overwhelmed. The lemon meringue pie was nothing like a pie and tasted revolting. I think we spent over 2 hours here mostly trying to get the attention of the waitress. But the views are nice and they did give us a glass of wine and a coke for free in the end. However, I wish we had listened to the latest reviews.
