Cozy bar with good Italian food from the restaurant above. Beer is brewed by themselves and the selection is good and seasonally changing. To my regret, the range of dark beer was limited and some were already sold out. This however indicates the freshness of their drinks so it‘s a drawback to take. I’m generally a very nice place to meet for a drink in the evening and not as loud as many other places. Their IPA was nice and clean. Nice body. True to the style. The Barley Wine was superb as well. A little sweeter than i am used to, but still very nice and smooth. The vegetarian pizza was quite nice as well. Thin (almost cracker) crust like a proper milano pizza. Pizza oven must be a proper high heat brick oven cause the crust came out well cooked and not soggy (no residual water). Craft beer and pizza...good combination.. Reminds me of St. Arnolds.
