We went here for dinner. I enjoyed 2 gingerbread cream martinis. They were so delicious! I ordered the ribeye and coconut shrimp with brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries for sides. My husband had the sirloin steak and chicken and baked potato and mixed vegetables for his sides. Our waitress was very attentive. We would definitely recommend. Worst experience i had in a long time. Went there last Sunday for dinner. We were seated, drinks took a long time for a coke and water. No utensils and napkins and to top it off we get the appetizers the wings were cold and bloody. We told the waittess and he asked if we wanted them again, hell no. I got a salad with no dressing, they ran out. 🤬We waited 45 mins and no food. We finally ask the waiter for the check as we were not going to wait any longer, other customers were there after us and got their food. He sends the manager who agreed with what we said but she was not going to make it any better for us, very dissapointed, never coming back. As i read the reviews and obviously they have a problem not cooking food properly.🤮 we lost our appetite after that. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a pick up order, I spent $30 for kingsland Alfredo with steak and shrimp and a side sweet potato. Order came with a side of bread. I even gave a $4+ tip. I wish I could even say one thing was decent. They were not busy at all, The girl who ran out my food out had a sour look on her face, I gave her a smile and said "hi!" She just said "you *insert name*" handed me my food and when I said thank you just stormed off. I get back to eat my food, the sweet potato looked like a slimy slug. Took two bites of it and closed the lid. The Alfredo was non existent. It basically tasted like buttered noodles. Took one bite of the shrimp and it tasted reheated and gross. Steak as well. The bread was cold, not toasted or warm legit cold like a sub roll. Immediately threw it all back in the bag. Wasted $30+ on garbage. Will definitely never be giving this place a chance again. I absolutely loved our server Matt. He made the visit complete. Of course the food was cool and I definitely enjoyed my filet perfectly cooked and ordered dessert just to hang with Matt longer. 💯🫶🏻🤗😍 5 stars ✨ We will be back soon. 💯🤗

Our Outback in Methuen recently closed and this is our nearest one. We went on a Saturday after a day out with the family — service was horrid. Took about twenty minutes for our server to ask us if we wanted drinks and we basically had to wave her down every time we wanted something (even to place our order). We didn’t get bread as our starter (but every other family did). Prioritized tables that filled after we arrived and essentially ran from us the entire time. We asked for our wings well done, they came out practically still alive, meat chewy and blood on the bone. Four meals (including a kid meal) took about forty minutes and even when we got them they were all cold. Packed our food and left within minutes. Not sure if us being the only Latinos in the place influenced anything, but this was overall disappointing. Sad to see our Methuen location gone because this one clearly lacks talent. The management and service team at this location is a well oiled machine. Very happy with this location's excellence in customer service. The food is always cooked perfectly. Continued: Wayne & Amber take pride in customer service. This resturant definitely hired the right people. I have never experienced bad service. Service is 75% of the experience. We went in for a quick meal before our movie and we had Matt as our server. The food was ok, same old menu as usual, but Matt was great! He was so sweet to my son and took the extra time to talk to him about his order and banter with him. It was very sweet and he checked up on us frequently. It made the quick trip really great and memorable for him. Not many servers take that time, and my son has mentioned Matt daily since then (last week). Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Danny, Nick ( best grill guy ever!) & Maria what a fabulous dinner we enjoyed tonight! Hands down best well done filet I have ever had.
