The bartenders aren't very polite. It's hard to get a drink in there sometimes, and unless you love cigarette smoke. I don't see the appeal.

Just left this establishment and have to say it's not a great place to go. You can smoke inside but the bartender was not very friendly. I asked if they had a menu or drink menu, he said they did not so we had to order basic. Just off the top, I did not see any food being served so I wouldn't recommend going here if you think your going to have food options. The bartender was not very welcoming he wanted your order fast to be done with you. No small talk or welcome. They do have pool tables but honestly for the service provided, I would recommend a different place. It wasn't a very comfortable atmosphere. I asked them if they were going to have the UFC fights since there were televisions with sports on and he advised no too expensive we don't do those. We ended up leaving right away, no use in staying since the atmosphere was uncomfortable anyways. I honestly would not recommend stopping here, was a waste of time and $$ since there's no appreciation for their patrons. There are plenty of other places in the same neighborhood to visit. Terrible establishment. Played music and never heated anything. They cut the music off. Called last call and within 5 minutes told us to finish our drinks or dump them out. It was only 1:31 am and they were making everyone leave. I understand closing but be professional about it. Will never be recommending this palace.
This place is very cool! We love the signature drink “Purple f’**er”, they are so delicious! The owners are great, they always have options for sporting events on the TVs and there’s music for everyone on the touch screen jukebox!
If you're a non-smoker I would not recommend this spot... being said... if you... Are a smoker I would highly recommend it!... It's true it's the only establishment in Durango that allows smoking, but being a local (even when the other bars still allowed smoking) it's still a great place to drop in and have a cold beer and a good time 🍻
It's the divest dive bar in town. Great place to go and hangout with a good cigarette or cigar and a whisky and coke. The pool tables are always hot and the staff is always on top of their game. Would go again and bring friends.
The bar is nice and the drinks are great however make sure you use cash. I spent 8 dollars on my card and was charged 25 dollars instead. Keep that in mind when you go here and if you have to use the atm in the bar. A couple other of my friends that have gone here have had the same issue being charged way more than they spent.
