The manager Mike was very informative about the details of the bowls and lead me in the right direction of what I was looking for. And Tell's customer service was amazing. Ima say, this place is high quality. The food and service are top notch. Real good and ingredients make for a healthy fresh meal. The restaurant was clean and warm. This is a must stop when you want some fresh food in Marietta. We tried this place in Scottsdale and have missed it since we left. Beautiful store front, great açaí bowl and we tried the special Spicy Honey chicken bowl! Amazing! Oh and don’t forget the Toffee cookie! Oh and we visited this place twice this week. I ordered the Spicy Korean Steak with a base of greens and sweet potatoes. Food was definitely fresh and flavorful, although maybe a little too salty and expensive for what it is. Nothing bad to say about this experience... Food is fresh and extremely healthy. I do wish I could build my own bowl though like from scratch. Good lemonade and good portions.. I'll try it again next time in Smyrna. Worth checking out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was the first time coming here and not my last. The food was amazing and it was quiet in there at the time we went which was the evening time. The young lady who took our order was friendly and she made sure we had everything thing we needed. The ONLY two things that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the fact that all of the ladies seemed to be having their own in-depth conversation and didn’t speak as we walked out being that we were the only guests eating AND they put the lemonade up without ask us if we wanted refills. This place just opened in the Cumberland area. Healthy and tasty. I had the Soy Steak Bowl with greens and brown rice. The staff helped customers with their selections because quite a few of us haven't been here before. Great lunch! My five year old loves this place! Karys always brings her, her açaí bowl with a smile and it makes my daughter smile! The Hot Honey chicken and hummus bowl is Bangin! So Good! The Açaí bowl is really good! The fresh juices are good as well! When I’m not feeling well…I order the Cold Buster to get me back in the game! Oh…and the bathrooms are clean as well! I guess I'm just old fashioned. I like when I'm greeted as I walk in. I like recommendations. And suggestive selling. If you don't like all that stuff and want to just walk in and order, this is the spot for you. The food was great. The quality of the food is good. The problem is the staff and consistency. I’ve ordered via and app and Uber eats several times and it’s been a hit or miss. Today’s order was beyond subpar. After spending $70 + dollars, my husband came back with the food I ordered via the app. I noticed one of the sandwiches was missing and the grinder sandwich was poorly made. I immediately called the store and the woman who answered apologized and agreed to remake it and prepare the missing sandwich. My husband returned to the store to get the missing sandwich and the grinder sandwich remade. When he returned home the second time, I noticed neither of the two salads we ordered had dressing and to make matters worse both sandwiches were missing ingredients multiple ingredients. Not just one or two but nearly half of the ingredients were missing from the grinder and two from the other sandwich. Imagine paying full price and only receiving half of your poorly made food. I have high hopes for this place but some of the team members need significant retraining. They are completely unaware of how items should be prepared or know what ingredients should be included. Ultimately, the customers pay the price. I guess I should have learned my lesson when I experienced the same subpar service via Uber eats.
