Edit: Food extremely good, lovely focaccia (italian here). Once i was in, the waitress was super nice but hear the odyssey i had to go through to get a seat 😆!
The lady at the door said they were completely booked but i went online and reserved a table for half an hour later, curious to see which was the problem if the blue hair or the fact that I am alone eating…
She lied to my face making it seem she really wanted to help too… special behavior for sure, lets hope the food is good at least.

The ambience of the place is just breathtaking. I love the sound of jazz music on the background and on top of it all the food is just amazing👍🏾👍🏾. Thumbs up. This was my first time in Bodø and had the best experience ever.

The food is okay - but for those prices I would expect a little better. The desserts are pretty good though. We were lucky enough to be seated outside by the water and it definitely contributed to the experience.
The gluten-free pizzas were a little disappointing and the pasta-dishes were nothing to write home about.

We first stumbled upon Olivia when we got to Bodø and we’re looking for a place to eat. Olivia was one of the very few restaurants that was open around lunchtime. Glad we walked in. We had a great frittata. This restaurant is fairly new to Bodø, but was packed with tourists and locals. We left the following day to Lofoten.
Had to come back to Olivia when we returned to Bodø. This time we came for dinner. I was definitely craving some good Italian food.
We were quite hungry after a full day of hiking. Our waiter recommended a few of his favorite appetizers. We had Focaccia sarda (focaccia stuffed with cheese. Nom) Fried artichoke and a nice big Antipasto plate.
I had the linguine di mare and it was delicious. We also had a few pizzas.
Overall- great service and ambiance. The lighting was spot on as was the music. Our waiters were very friendly.
We left full and happy. Glad we found this place. We were quite happy to learn that Olivia has several restaurants in Norway. We will be on the lookout for Olivia in Oslo.

Oliva is a fantastic new restaurant that offers delicious food, but what sets it apart is the amazing atmosphere and location. The cocktails are also a must-try and offer great value. From the cozy ambiance to the friendly staff, this place has it all. Oliva is definitely worth a visit for a night out or a special occasion.

Great food, tried the Prosciutto di parma pizza and it was really tasty combined with the light beer on tap and it didn't disappoint at all. The atmosphere and interior is really nice.
Our waiter was great at English but sounded quite annoyed somehow when we didn't know what to order right away and seem to have a bad day overall.

Half the resturant was empty. So not busy at all.
Tryed calling the resturant to ask them for service. Phone was turned off.

Truly a very nice surprise for us Frenchies. Had a perfect entrecôte medium rare as ordered and smelled as good as it was tasty. The pizza was average but globally ok. We had a bottle of Prosecco rosé + a cognac (Martel) to end our meal. Music was good enough so we could manage to dance a bit when nearly all customers were gone 😁 so we had a good enjoyable moment. Service was caring, environnement cosy with the warm fireplace.
We might return tonight though it's quite some budget as " We only live twice"
