Came in today with my co-workers, there were 5 of us. We all got different things. The only thing I ordered was the never-ending soup and salad. So at first our server was very funny and presented herself well but then she forgot our orders and our food took almost 40 minutes to come out if not longer. She totally forgot my order and brought out the wrong soup, she gave that to someone else. So while I waited I just continued to eat salad but after about 3x that she came back to the table I asked her did she forget my soup. She said oh no I have another sever bringing it out right now she must be moving slow. Then she takes another 12 minutes to come back. Everyone had their food and were already eating. I had to ask her for another soup because she definitely didn't ask. She didn't refill my water it was like her mind was somewhere else. Definitely not a good experience and I'm just in town on business. Oh last but not least multiple of our bread sticks were crunchy like toast. I visited on the weekend for lunch without prior booking. There was no issue. The atmosphere is pleasant and it's kid friendly. They gave them some activities with crayons, high chair or booster seat as needed. They have this menu display tablet at each table, which also has some games and activities for kids. I am a vegetarian who does not eat eggs, so they made sure none of my items had egg and no sauce had eggs too. That was nice. My iced tea is just ok. Lemonade was comparatively better. We ordered salad and bread sticks, it has unlimited bread sticks. It was good though. We ordered pasta with marinara. Also, beans dish. Both were good. The staff was great, very attentive and friendly from entrance to exit. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Traditional Italian music was playing. Silverware was dirty, food was not prepared right and literally made me gag because it had so much grease and the cheese ravioli was so over cooked the cheese had been boiled out. Always good. We frequent this place and the food has always been good and the prices are reasonable. Several days prior to Christmas Eve we ordered Togo to be picked up at 4pm on Christmas Eve. We arrived at 3:58p and followed the link in the text to notify then we were there. 20 minutes later I went in to learn I needed to get in line to pick it up inside. There was a long line of people placing orders. Several of us had ordered in advance and our food was sitting on the counter the entire time we were in line. They should have taken new orders in a different location, perhaps at the bar. 30 minutes later we got our food. I placed an order on the app about 11:10 this morning, hoping to pick up my order before the noon rush (on this Friday before Christmas), and the order was supposed to be ready for pickup by 11:39 am. When I pulled up to curbside pickup at 11:35 there were only two other cars waiting for an order. About 11:45 a lady came out with someone’s order and then walked to another vehicle and was hugging and chatting with a relative or friend who was also parked at curbside pickup. This lady came to my car and asked if I had an order and I gave her my name. After another 15-20 minutes, I finally went into the restaurant and asked for my order. There were 4 or 5 orders sitting at the counter waiting for pickup, and mine was one of them. The lady said to me, “I was just on my way out to you,” but I’m confident she was lying to me. So what should have taken 15 minutes max of my time, ended up taking an hour because this lady didn’t want to bring my food to my car. Our waitress Kayla was great!! Our cups never went below half before she brought a refill and she brought our food items out in a timely manner. The food was great. We will definitely be back! The only complaint I have is the bathrooms were filthy. Trash overflowing and dirty toilets this was around 7pm, so a few hours before they close. I was there around 3 and my grandchildren. As we were sitting in our vehicle one the employee came(male) and his (male) and children were together. Just started kissing there at the door as you enter. It's your business what u do. But, really right there in front of my grandchildren and other people come on now. You could have waited til you got home. Have respect for other people & children. FOOD WAS DRY NOT ENOUCH SAUCE ON IT. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service is fair to good. Got my meal wrong so I waited an extra 15 minutes to get it. Salmon was good but for price would be nice to have a baked potato or rice with it, instead of just broccoli. Returned recently and service was better, coffee hot and got 6 orders correct.🙌

Man, this place always has the best pasta plates. Me personally, I love the chicken Alfredo with a sausage link on the side. Lol. Freaking amazing. And ways a good atmosphere.
